I have just finished an attic bathroom refurbishment with the addition of a shower with Sam & Iralia. Sam has been a really good communicator throughout, including being available to visit prior to the works to clarify any concerns or questions I had and to ensure that the quote reflected the scope of work. Sam was innovative in making additional space in the bathroom to fit a slightly larger shower tray which was a real bonus as I was concerned about the space being cramped. Overall the job came together well, the only reason I didn't score 5 is because I had snags related to the painted finish and fitting of a towel rail which i felt could have been 'right first time'and an issue with the quality of floor tiling. However all matters were resolved amicably at Iralia's expense. I feel very satisfied and am really happy with the finished work, such that I will be using Iralia again for a larger bedroom and main bathroom renovation as a result.
