Daniel has helped reduce my pain by giving me the exercises I need to do . Although the pain has not fully gone I feel my treatment has helped improve the level of pain and discomfort. Hopefully with maintaining the exercises I will continue to hope to fully recover .

I recently completed a course of treatment at Amethyst Clinic for a shoulder and hand injury, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

This was all thanks to Rana, who took the time to fully understand the nature of my injury, how it was affecting my day to day life, and what my goals were in terms of recovery. I had 5 sessions of physio at the Bamber Bridge clinic with username VM3. Each session went well, from the initial assesment Vedith took lots of information about my symptoms and was very gentle examining me. He provided me with sets of home exercise and plenty of advice on when not to push myself too hard but ovwr the weeks the regular gentle exercise had a really big impact on my injuries and pain levels. I would highly recommend, the clinic itself is very clean and private and has parking facilities. I was always seem promptly and on time.
