Next day delivery did not arrive
I placed an order for my coat on the 30/0125, specifically for next day delivery, Friday 31/01/25; having paid for that service.
It was not delivered until Tuesday 04/01/25
I am very disappointed with the lack of service and wish to be reimbursed for this.

Great customer service!
I accidentally ordered something twice but the shop called me to check and refunded me. I thought that was excellent customer service and showed they took notice of my order.
I ordered a Levi’s shirt which was hard to find and it was even a great price.
Overall, I was delighted with the experience and would definitely consider ordering again.

Customer service is above and beyond
I ordered an item online. Received a swift email from Hannah explaining there would be no post so it wouldn’t be sent for a couple of days (it was over new years so I wasn’t expecting instant posting) she stated she would send first class instead for it to arrive quicker. It arrived just as she said and such a lovely item. Customer service was great and product was amazing. Thank you
