Good customer service
One of my ordered items turned out to be out of stock, so I was offered the opportunity via email to purchase an alternative or get that part of my order refunded. I thought that this was a good initiative to give the customer the chance to purchase something else on the same order, particularly as my order was over the minimum for a free delivery.
Order was then delivered both safely and promptly.
