Contactable on phone, not great with dispatch updates

Not too bad - impressive response and contactable telephonically, which is rare these days! Alas, we kept needing to follow up as the order was confirmed but no further communication were received on the dispatch etc. We got our order, but much later than anticipated with no updates along the way.

Trustworthy, Delivers as promised

Never heard of this company until I stumbled upon them searching for a Nikon P1000...
They had the best price and I took the risk, they made contact and the camera was on its way the next day.
The camera has been received since and am very happy with my purchase.

Give these guys a try.

Great service from online company

Even though it seems I got a defective product, the company had no problem to sort this out for me as soon as they opened in January. They are friendly, helpful and respond quickly to emails. Thebe has been a superstar when it comes to service delivery which is rare in our country. He seems to really care about the clients he works with and that puts a person at ease that the query is taken seriously and will be dealt with efficiently and professionally. Very happy so far, just waiting for my replacement

This company do not communicate

This company do not communicate, you pay the money and then hear nothing for almost 2 weeks! They do not have stock. Highly disappointed with the service and it made the transaction so much stressful 😫

We also see that you have received your order and was delivered and received on the 18th of December. We are not sure why you were told that we don't have stock.

During December, we were operating on skeleton staff and thus affected our communication turn around time. However, this is of course not an excuse to offer exceptional customer service and do apologise once again.

We are of course working on more effective communication channels to avoid such incidents with other clients in the future.

As a startup company, we appreciate such feedback as it also creates room for improvement. :)

Best Christmas Ever

I did a lot of research and wanted a Canon 90D camera. IRobustec had the best price by far. I had a few questions regarding delivery so I phoned them and the person was very friendly and helpful. I am giving five stars although I had to wait a week before delivery was made, understandably so as I did order it a week before Christmas and they had to wait for stock. I’m more than satisfied with my purchase, my camera arrived safely, bubble-wrapped and all (which was a concern to me so I was very happy with this) and I will definitely make use of them again. They can maybe update their Facebook page to keep us up to date on new arrivals🤭

Good experience

Ordering online was quick and easy to do. Company was easily available telephonically. Assistance was always so patient and helpful. Only issue was lack of communication regarding delays in delivery times, hence 4 stars not five. Nevertheless, was sorted with a quick phone call.

Over 2 weeks for a delivery

Placed an order for a phone tool about 3 days for them to respond to the Order , another 2 plus weeks for delivery not great service

Worst service or scam

This place is either a scam or has the worst service delivery ever.

Placed order (Steamdeck for R17000) on 23 June for an item that said "In Stock" and 5-7 business days for delivery.
Phoned the next week to follow up, no answer after dozens of phone calls for three days, no response from live chat.

Finally someone phoned me back. Thebe. Good sales person. Unfortunately, there was a delay, promised I would get tracking number before 7th July. Then another delay.

Promised I would get tracking number for my order on 12th. I am writing this review on the 13th. I requested a refund today.

Phoned, no one picked up. Thebe tells me to message him cause he is in a teams call. He will call back in 15 minutes. 1 hour passes, I call.

Thebe says yes I can get a refund. I email my bank details in the morning. I request a response to my email for the refund, and Thebe insures me he will send an email before end of business.

It is now after business hours. I didn't even get an email back.

I fear my money is lost. DO NOT TRUST this company. I have proof of every single thing mentioned in this review.
