Gutes Unternehmen zum weiterempfehlen.
Die Kommunikation und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit war ausgezeichnet. Die Fahrer waren Pünktlich. Leider war die Auswahl der Fahrzeuge nicht immer an die Anzahl der Fahrgäste gebunden so hatten wir an einem Tag einen zu großen Bus für > 50 Personen obwohl wir nur zu 8 waren. Ansonsten war die Dispositionsplanung nicht immer optimal obwohl wir 1/2 Tag gebucht haben wurde ein Fahrerwechsel durchgeführt während wir in einer Sitzung waren.

Great service
I hired Irro for a transfer of 6 to the Guggenheim museum and San Sebastián after landing in Bilbao. Later in the week for a transfer from San Sebastián to Bordeaux. The drivers were on time, very professional and friendly.
The vehicles for our group were exceptional and very comfortable while also able to handle all our luggage.
My experience with Irro was great and I highly recommend.

I rented a bus from this company for a 9-day trip. We had a major problem on the first day and struggled to reach them due to technical issues with their system. We had to solve the problem ourselves. However, they were very helpful afterwards and covered our extra expenses. I have observed that if they can break away from their corporate processes a bit, they will be very successful. You can be absolutely sure they are reliable.

Schlechter geht es nicht
Schlechter geht es nicht. Fahrer wollte uns am 03.05.2026 für die Fahrt von Uelzen nach Lüchow kein Ticket ausstellen. Bezahlt haben wir 22,40. Nach unseren Drängen hat er uns ein Einzelticket für 8.20 für eine Person ausgestellt statt für 2 Personen. Warum bekommen wir kein Ticket und vor allem was passiert mit unserem Geld?

Auch wenn sich deine Bewertung nicht auf Irro Charter bezieht, sondern auf eine lokale Linienfahrt im Auftrag der LSE, nehmen wir dein Anliegen selbstverständlich ernst und haben den geschilderten Fall intern weitergeleitet.

We had a PERFECT tour, 5 days in the Mosel, Germany. Our driver Ivan could not have been more efficient, helpful and kind. The bus was immaculate and beautifully driven. I have been on a lot of tours and I can’t remember one going more smoothly, from booking through to its conclusion.

The drivers were friendly and the bus was new and clean.
They also arranged for a luggage shuttle vehicle, as the bus could not go into the old town.
