The dress I received is not the one depicted on their website.It looks unfinished .It is baggy and has no buttons onthe front bodice.I tried contacting them via the email address given on their site but the address does not exist. They are based in Hong Kong so phone call would be expensive

Such a long wait and what a terrible disappointment. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The quality is so awful, I can't believe I've spent out on this garment. I'm really cross with myself for not doing more research. The photo shows a jumper with style,form and shape. The jumper that arrived bore no resemblance at all to the photo and this shapeless, thin piece will be recycled immediately.

IssabellaMae is a scam do not order from them. I ordered a dress, it looks like a cheap nightie which I wouldn't buy in a million years. Impossible to email or call. Don't waste your money also none of their email addresses work and the phone is out of order. I'm resigned to the fact I've lost money but save yours.

This company is a disgrace. The dress I received has no resemblance to the advertised article; poor quality material and nothing like the colour. It seems almost impossible to obtain a returns form which is necessary to claim a refund. All genuine firms have an online system to obtain a label. I feel I have been scammed, as have other reviewers. I very much doubt that I will see my money again.

DO NOT shop here. This is not a UK website and the name is misleading. The sizing is off so do not go by the size chart and the quality is absolutely awful. Customer service offered a refund after asking me for photos to prove that the size chart is off-I am a size 8/10. The item they sent me is 12/14 and awful quality. We have been communicating about a refund and they will not cover the return costs. I said it’s cheaper if a family member went to Hong Kong and personally returned it. They offered me 20% then 30% to keep the item and I have finally responded begrudgingly to this after weeks of emails, and then said they won’t do this now as it is past the return window. They would not acknowledge the UK consumers act cited (I used to work in retail and had to know my stuff about this). PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I have never seen anything like this before in terms of awful awful quality and a ‘customer service’ that are laughing at making money off you with no intention to support missold and misadvertised items. The items were not worth £15+ to return to Hong Kong. Absolute jokes! I also strongly suspect their positive reviews are disingenuine and not written by their consumers. I do not know how they are getting away with posing as a UK company and I have reported them.

As per most of the reviews here , received items - 2 blouses which were terrible quality
For return email bounced back and tel no does not exist - so overall a scam , so please avoid !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - GOODS TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE, POOR QUALITY, TRYING TO GET A REFUND IS BEYOND IMPOSSIBLE AND THEY ONLY NOW SHIP FROM AND RETURN TO CHINA. THE UK ADDRESS IS A FRONT

When ordering it would be helpful to know that these items are coming from the other side of the world and will take weeks to arrive. My order didn’t arrive in time for the holiday. Very soon after ordering I had a message saying delay due to high demand and quality control but it’s just down to the goods coming from China or Hong Kong. Not sure of quality as still waiting for goods to arrive more than two weeks later and still no tracking available yet.

Items ordered were extremely low quality & cheaply made. I could have made better clothing myself. I should have read the reviews & acted on them!! Items were sent from China & NOT the UK which is what you are led to believe. Avoid ordering - I feel scammed!

Scam. Item took 3 weeks to ship, then it looked like a giant should wear it, completely oversized, awful material and absolutely unwearable. Emailed to ask for a returns label and like everyone else was offered 10%, 20% then 30% refund as a final offer but I don’t want the item. Stated that I need to return at my own cost to China when it clearly states on the website that defective items will have returns labels offered. Absolute joke.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The item took over 2 weeks to arrive and posed as an English company. The item came looking unlike the advertised image (different colour and bad quality). The returns process was a shambles from the start. Trying to put me off returning the item. Saying I could swap the item for a €14 fee, however to return the item (which would be travelling the same distance) it would be a considerably larger amount - looking at other reviews it would seem almost double! They offered me a 10% return and then a 20% return to keep the item and avoid sending it back. They said it could take 30 days to process a return. Appalling. A scam of a company. I do not know how they’re still running and I’m extremely disappointed with this experience, which should have been an exciting time trying to find my graduation dress. I wish I had read reviews before placing an order and I will never place one again.

The size ordered and material not as expected, said it would cost €35 euro plus import charges and said they can’t refund as many items get lost Surely if I did prove posting that’s not my fault this surely not correct can anyone help I must have consumer rights

Echo all the bad reviews!! They hold themselves out as being a UK company, then the parcel arrived three weeks later from China. The jumpsuit looked NOTHING like the images on the website, terrible quality, not the same style at alllll!! When i emailed asking for return details they just say i need to pay £20-30 to return or accept a refund of 10-20% to keep the product - which i DO NOT want. I have no trust that if i return the product i'll get my money back - does anyone have any experience of this?

Shipping was long! Make out they are UK based they aren’t! Had fake trust pilot reviews on their website. Pictures do not look like what you get.

I really wish I could share what I ordered vs what I got it’s honestly a joke! They say that they offer pre paid returns if item is defective, they say 100% money back guarantee. It’s a lie! I am now £100 out of pocket and the only way they offer me my money back is to pay £40 shipping back to Hong Kong!

They deleted and blocked me off instagram and Facebook and tried to delete my trust pilot reviews.

Do not buy they are a scam!!!!!! I have reported on instagram, Facebook and to my credit card company.

Item not as advertised, I got a Huge in fact a giant size fleece istead of jumper absolutely nothing like the knit I ordered..nothing like the picture . Terrible quality.
Led you to believe it was a uk boutique. But it's from China

Ordered a knitted jumper and received a cheap fleece top that’s gone in the bin.
Advertise as though the company is in the uk but in fact is in China . Ordered on the 6th May , received on the 21st from China . Fake trust pilot reviews on website . All returns have to be paid by customer even though they are sending out items which are not the ones they are advertising .
AVOID . They delete all reviews on their Facebook page too !!!
