Good product , delivery left a bit to be desired. Clearly stated that the Royal Mail 24 hour tracker service was being used . Ended up with Evri , took almost a week for the product to be delivered.

Problem solved!
An excellent, well designed key tab pointer. As a arthritic sufferer in my hands I find this simple device overcomes the problem of pressing the wrong key next to the one that actually require. I’ve just re-ordered a few more for family and friends.

Confirmation emails and shipped emails…
Confirmation emails and shipped emails sent then received an email to say items had been refunded as they had no stock, so why send email to say shipped if no item existed to start with.
Money taken out of account should not have been cleared until items shipped to save the long refund process.

Totally disappointed
Tried contacting iSoul by various methods and absolutely NO response which is infuriating. My item never arrived and the Royal Mail tracking number says ‘ An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’ Won’t ever use iSoul again.

Replacement Tips
Ordered a pack of 4 replacement tips for contactless door opener and they lasted a couple of weeks with very little use before they wore away.
Only a cheap item I know but did expect them to last longer than they did.Reported to iSoul and included photos but they refused to do anything about the problem.
