Itcc Locksmiths Avis 

Got locked out with my mum this morning. God knows what happened to both of our keys. But needed to locks changed as well. I was quoted a price but managed to get the locksmith down as they could see we didn't have it, which we didn't. Anyway the locksmith was very helpful and I can't reccomend enough

I used itcc last week but just wanted to leave a review and say thank you. My mother was locked out of her home in footscray. She called me so I went on google and found itcc. The locksmith turned up, I think he was called James. Nice little chap , opened the door without a problem and onlunxhagred the callout but then again he was only there for not even 5 minutes.

Locked out of my house this morning after popping to the shops and leaving my keys inside for the second time in 2 weeks. However this time i could not wait for my brother to get back from work. So i called the locksmith. Around 45 minutes after the call the locksmith arrived, i cant remember his name now but was a nice chap. He unlocked my door with no trouble and only charged the initial labour fee. Could of been quicker but overall i was happy.

I live in Barking and locked myself and my dog out on Tuesday. I would have called my local locksmiths but left my phone In the house too. Used a neighbors phone to find a locksmith and itcc came up. Called them up someone very polite pi ked up the phone. Told me a locksmith would be 20 minutes. The locksmith actually took 30 minutes but was very apologetic.
He tried to use some plastic thing to slide in the door and failed. So in the end decided to pick the lock. It did take awhile but I realised my lock was a very good lock and I understood why it took so long. Who h is why I am still giving 5 stars for the service.

Done a decent job when my door was stuck. Locksmith arrived in around 30 minutes and managed to unjam my door and replace the insides. Job well done

Charged £125 “call out” on a weekday afternoon though the website lists Hammersmith as location. Then £180 to drill a lock in 15 minutes. Total rip off.

Absolute crooks
I rang a company called “Lowcostings Locksmiths” and ended up getting an engineer from this place sent to me - this was not explained to me, and I suspect the “lowcostings” website is a front to stop people finding these reviews! The locksmith himself seemed nice enough and I suspect they are all caught up in this. Charged me 700 quid for changing one lock to a British Standard high security lock. The scam centres on them saying the lock is “guaranteed” which apparently means they can charge you 350 quid for a 30 quid lock.
They are out to make a quick buck from the vulnerable, desperate and stupid - sadly I ticked all of those boxes.

Shocking. Charged a vulnerable elderly person nearly 400 pound to change a barrel. These are professional crooks. Have contacted trading standards and rogue traders
In answer to Benny. That's funny I spoke to your office yesterday and someone didnt want to talk. The guy on the phone tried to tell me a cylinder is a lock it's not. You can walk into any diy store and buy a cylinder for about 8 quid. . You are despicable crooks and have been reported to trading standards. Preying on the elderly and vulnerable. Hopefully lots of people will see this and think twice before calling you. What goes around come around

Called around 7am this morning. The person on the phone told me 20-30 minutes arrival it was infact 40 minutes. Apart from that everything else was good, locksmith was friendly and the service professional. It would have been 5 stars if it was not for the late arrival.

Thanks, you guy or my in last night around 11:30. Very quick arrival and price I thought was decent. I recommend, thanks again. :)

Called itcc when to change a few locks in my house we no longer had keys for. Locksmith presented me with my options and prices and i chose . No hassle and the locksmith was friendly. Overall very good service.

Locksmith arrived quickly and unlocked my door with no fuss. Altogether from calling to getting to getting into my house was around 40 minutes.

Me and the family was literally just about to set off for a nice holiday to Turkey when all of the sudden our front door completely seized up and refused to lock. We called one locksmith who said they would take an hour which was too long so we then called ITCC who had a locksmith at me within 30 minutes. Sadly the job was not a quick one and new parts had to be ordered which of course was not convenient as he had to take the entire inside of the door out and fix it. After around 15 minutes the locksmith made a temporary fix allowing us to shut the door and make ourway to the airport. After we come back we made another appointment with james who came with the part and fixed the door then and there. Great Job.

Disgusting behaviour by a rogue locksmith taking advantage of someone that is vulnerable! Locked out, & charged £800 to get back in!

NEVER Google “locksmith”. Instead Google “locksmith associations” and THEN find bona fide locksmith associations to search for a local locksmith in your area. All are accredited, trained and vetted (criminal records checked).

Other day I was rushing to catch my class, right after I closed the door I realised that I left my key on the table. I called itcc who were showed up very quickly, locksmith was very helpful and gave fast service and they didn’t charge me as much as I expected ;) I’m pleased with itcc service..

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Absolute SCAM ARTISTS, DO NOT HIRE!!

Charged £960 to get into our house which we were locked out of and to then change the locks!!!

The company are so awful, dodging all of my calls and promising to put me into a manager which they never do.

Got a quote over the phone- £49. The guy that arrived 1h later than promised asked £150!
Bunch of liars. Still waiting for the receipt one month later

I should have read the reviews before I instructed them! I made an appointment to meet them at the property in Catshill, took me 2.5 hours to drive from london for this appointment to change the locks in a house we put up for sale. 20 min before the appointment they called and I confirmed the appointment just to find out from the locksmith manager that apparently I cancelled it! Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
