I’ve been working with this marketing…

I’ve been working with this marketing team for nearly a year now, and it’s been a really positive experience from the start.

Their approach has always been professional, clear, and supportive. Communication has been fantastic throughout — they’re responsive, easy to reach, and always keep me updated. What really stands out is their honesty. They’re transparent about what they can achieve and realistic about what may not be possible, which builds a strong level of trust.

They are also very open-minded, always willing to listen and adapt strategies to suit the business rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

As a business owner, I also believe it’s important to understand your own business instead of just handing everything over to a marketing team. This is something we discussed from our very first meeting — giving it at least 3 months to truly understand the nature of the business and see results. I really valued that honesty and realistic expectation setting.

ITH - over promise - high fees - unhappy customers

I was approached by the ITH Media to look after our marketing needs - as I had had a bad experience before they claimed we would be perfect partners on getting my aesthetic clinic to new heights .
I found the proposal expensive and together with the advert spend financially including a £50 booking fee for each appointment booked - worked out to about £3 200 monthly with 10 -15 bookings at a push .
Initially things started well until the clients arrived for their bookings where by I learned that treatment decisions regarding pricing and protocol were made by the booking agent who claimed whey had spoken to me , when they hadn’t , promising full treatments at half the price and such .
ITH gave the clients the impression they were sitting at reception calling leads from the advertising, while being based in another location out the UK .
I lost money on many appointments and started to find that this was yet another case of marketing excessive pricing for more work and little return on investment for the clinic - working more hours for less money as all the return was spent to ITH fees as well as unhappy clients being over promised about services.
I approached ITH about my concerns and said I wanted to stop with the arrangement to what I was told they would correct behaviour and not charge for 2 weeks .
I did cancel the arrangement but was invoiced an additional £1000 .
I did not agree to pay and subsequently have found that my Facebook acc had been compromised 🤷‍♀️ when I called ITH to remove their proxy - my bank account was debited £ 1000 + luckily I don’t keep my funds in that account.
So in short be aware , did not go well for me and ITH has just increase their fees -

I see you reply and unfortunately it is economical with the truth - ITH is still listed on Facebook as a proxy !

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously and would like to clarify several points for accuracy.

1. Pricing & Communication

Our booking team operates strictly based on the Treatment Information Sheets approved by each clinic before campaigns begin. We do not independently change pricing or offer discounts unless explicitly authorised. If any communication fell outside of this, we would be keen to review specific examples.

2. Bookings & Results

Our role is to generate and qualify patients, while final pricing, consultation, and treatment decisions remain the clinic’s responsibility. As with any marketing partnership, results depend on both lead generation and in-clinic conversion.

3. Billing & Outstanding Balance

At the end of the arrangement, there were 22 days of active service that remained unpaid under the agreed contract and notice period.

A grace period was provided in good faith to allow time to settle the balance. As is standard with our agreements, the payment method on file may be used to process outstanding invoices related to services already delivered.

4. Account Access & Security

To clarify, we do not have access to or control over any client bank accounts. Our access is limited strictly to advertising platforms for campaign management.

When you requested access removal, this was completed promptly, and full control of the account was returned. There is no evidence that your account was compromised through our systems.

While we understand that the partnership did not meet your expectations, we stand by the integrity of our processes and the agreements in place. We remain open to resolving any outstanding matters directly and professionally.

A results driven Slick Operation

I have been with ITH Media now for two years ! I really wish I had added them to my business when I first started ! They continue to go above and beyond for my clinic! Giving me at least 20 new clients each month all which return for further treatments ! would highly recommend best thing I’ve ever done for my brand these guys are worth there weight in gold
