itsu Avis 

I got stolen my bagpack in Euston station in ITSU restaurant. So far not the repsonsiblity of the restaurant of course and that is totally normal. What is not normal is that ITSU is not uploading the CCTV records to the police. I find this extremely disapointing and unprofessional from a chain like ITSU. It gives the feeling that they do not take security of their customers as seriously as they should. No response to the 2 police requests is simply unprofessional.

Bought a Katsu Chicken Dragon Roll and although I had eaten Sushi before, many times, I am no fan.
This chicken alternative was delicious. The first Sushi I really enjoyed.
Loved the crunchy balls, (if I'm allowed to say that).
Only one, constructive criticism, the packaging is far too bulky. It looks so unnecessary.

Absolutely disgusting teriyaki chicken and brown rice came out like slop no flavour worst £6 purchase of my life will never try another itsu product again ! Horrible vile disgusting

Recently discovered Itsu, what took me so long the good is always so fresh and deli and healthy.
The two shops I use is Broadmead Bristol and Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, the staff in both stores are always so helpful but I must give Jemma a big about for her helpfulness and being so dedicated to her job. Well done to all the staff in your stores keep up the good work.

The food is always great. Do have the miso soup with whatever you order. Special shout out to Georgia in the Euston station restaurant. She is amazing - so helpful, friendly and quick!

1st time at the itsu restaurant at Oxford st. London. i met a beautiful person name Marianna, I asked her about the menu and she recommended thestirfry style noodles. It was absolutely gorgeous. The food was healthy nice portion, and soo delicious...thank u Marianne for your excellent customer service and delightful smile and for making my 1st but not last experience perfect . Cheers to You Marianna!

I was hungry and wanted something to eat .
I fancy hot soup.
I spotted Itsu strand with beautiful orchids flowers.
I went in the queue was long.
I heard a lovely lady serving a customer speaking in Cantonese.I waited for her to serve me as I only speak Cantonese.
With a big smile she asked what would I like to have .I told her l don’t want anything spicy.
She recommended me prawns with miso soup and vegetables rice bowl with delicious sauce.
I heard a member of staff called her Jun.
Great customer service and willing to help.

While walking along Charing Cross I saw the board beside ITSU advertised Thai King Prawn Curry a must to try it went in
crowded with customers and the cold food was limited taken mostly by hungry customers I was fortunately served by Till 2 young women very present smiling calming asked what can I do for you to be honest spoken only broken English I told her the dish outside the advertised board she smile and said with rice or noodle I said rice I paid she also told me to download the APP to get future free meal she said her name was JUN very
helpful did her job well friendly able to introduced APP explained what I can get if visiting ITSU regularly I can observed she was lively full of energy hard working attentive to customers orders well likely many customers as well I think will be back again looking forward to serve by her well done JUN

One afternoon after sightseeing I am passing ITSU (Strand) branch thinking having lunch aupon entering inside it was quite full of customers queuing for their food
the most catching my eye was counter 2 on my left till young women smiling look very cool and
and always said anything I help you" with a very soft voice very attentive to customer order and always politely add additional item to their orders I was behind
3 customers in till 2 observing her
and when come to me I ask her what is good for hot food she replied the Thai King Prawn Curry come with rice or noodle and Teriyaki Boa in packet of 3 very tasty and popular she also explained about the ITSU App to
get free food after visiting few times in ITSU I can see not only she was helpful always smiling and knowledge of her job certainly able to make customers want to come back for more after receiving the food she told me her name was JUN and said enjoy your meal have a nice day I have gone to nany fast food but never encounter such hard working smiling and helpful staff she is a good asset to ITSU please do not
let her go

Great sushi. I also love the half price offer after 9pm. Ideally would be slightly cheaper, but you are paying for quality.

I had a fantastic experience at itsu Copthall Avenue London thanks to Andreea. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, clearly explaining the ingredients and making it easy to choose the right options. Andreea also took the time to go through the current offers, which was really appreciated. She was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout — an excellent example of great customer service. Thank you, Andreea, for making my visit so enjoyable!

The new snacks costing “from 1.79” pounds and then charging you 2.49 because it says “from”. The shop attendant not even knowing why, but assuring me that there “some” that costed 1.79, didn’t even know which ones. What a scam.

I love the poke bowls from itsu, it is always fresh and the portions are larger than other similar products. Their customer service team is outstanding. I forgot to scan my loyalty card and was advised to contact customer services to have my butterflies added on. They responded within 3 days with profuse apologies for the delay and extra butterflies. Given the error was mine and not theirs I was extremely impressed.

Our first visit to itsu. We were in Bath and thought a different lunch would be fun. We found the ordering screens very easy to use, even though we are 77 & 80 years old. The staff were friendly and smiling, the food arriving quickly. We had Chicken teriyaki and found it very tasty and a decent portion. The additional sauces available at the table was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and tidy. I would have given five stars, but thought the food could have been served much hotter. It was almost cold by the time we got to the bottom of the bowl.
Itsu would definitely be our lunch stop of choice, just wish there were more outlets in Wiltshire.

What a great experience here at Heathrow Itsu T5 departure lounge this Wednesday morning! It was the wonderful cheerful man who served us, Dorin was so warm and welcoming and professional, making suggestions for breakfast specials! It makes such a difference to see someone who loves their work! He is an asset to Itsu. And the food was nice too! Thank you Dorin

Cut finger again, food ok, but the aluminium reusable bottle - lid always slices the finger

I want to make it clear that ITSU directly offers good service. But this 1-STAR is for aligning with Vitality on their STUPID and frustrating Dog game. To anyone at ITSU who may get this message, please take the time to look online at how users are frustrated with this ridiculous service.

A always enjoy visiting Kings Rd ITSU. Staff are very polite and considerate and i just love the food. My favourite is - Thai Noodles. Very tasty and a delight.
But on a recent visit i found my favourite had been reformulated. Itsu had changed the ingratiates and the wonderful sauce. It is no longer my favourite. Please, please bring back the Thai Noodles Formula as in 2024.

Great experience at itsu Gatwick Airport. Moses was so friendly and welcoming. He was extremely helpful and the service was very efficient. Food and coffee was brilliant too!
