The product is absolutely amazing
The product is absolutely amazing. The only issue I had was trying to get hold of supplier. My order came in different colours than expected. The received order did not have any contact number, therefore I had try and contact as per email provided in the email message, I didn’t receive any response. I had to go online and look for additional contacts. Once the email was received they sorted my order straight away. Therefore 3 stars for this. They should provide contact email address on the order Incase of any anomalies.

Thanks for the review. Last year Cow & Gate actually changed their bottle shape and our new Itsy Guzzler design launched earlier this month has been re-designed to fit the new shape.
Unfortunately, some smaller shops will still be selling the older shape bottle and no doubt these will be replaced when they come to re-order these formula bottles from their supplier, replacing them with the new shape that our Itsy Guzzler now fits.
So so long as you are using our new Itsy Guzzler and can purchase the new, larger shape design - you'll be covered.
We've reached out to you by email to explain this situation also.

Great products
We bought the suction bowl and spoons. The spoons are great because they are so flexible and the bowl has good suction which means our baby can get his hands in and explore his food without the bowl going flying. Would definitely recommend.

Great products. Just wish I’d found them when weaning my first, but they’re useful for baby and toddler. Particularly love the finger feeder pot and ice pop silicone moulds so far.

Really innovative design
Really innovative design, great quality! I was a bit nervous ordering from a fairly unknown brand/website but not disappointed, I highly recommend. We got the seat booster and the travel bib, both are brilliant

Really pleased with the products I…
Really pleased with the products I received. The only downside, and the reason for 4 stars was that I emailed the company twice as I had a product missing and I didn’t get a reply to the emails. The product did arrive 2 days later but I didn’t know that as I had no communication. Would’ve given 5 stars if someone had just let me know that it was delayed
