Paid for next day delivery. Didn't come for 2 days.
They we're not longer needed as I bought others from Asda and need to send them back. Tried emailing so I can get information for a refund and have heard nothing back. Also tried contacting on social media and heard nothing.

It’s been a week and more since I order from their website and I still haven’t yet received anything. Try to reach them through email, request form, fb message but still no one reply. Money has been taken from my bank but nothing received and no one reply.

Horrendous customer service. Placed order on 8th October and have still not received anything. Contacted them a week ago, to be told they would look into it and I haven’t heard from them again since despite several attempts at emailing them. I have now requested a refund but haven’t had my money back yet so I’ve essentially lost £25 but I really hope that if they see this they will have the courtesy to process this. Will not be buying from them again.

The itsy guzzler is a fairly useless device. They market they product to fit 'most' water bottles when it only fits 4 brands which is misleading. Customer service appauling and rude.
I wouldn't recommend this product or the company at all. Very disappointing

Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received it. In the beginning my messages were answered but now they’re just being ignored. They’ve essentially stolen money from me. If they’re having stock issues or personal issues, I’d understand if they would actually inform me! But I’m not being told anything and receiving zero communication. It’s so frustrating and I’m now considering legal action.

If I could give zero I would. I bought several of these expensive teats to travel abroad with. It was an easier solution to travel alongside apatamil ready made bottles. Our transit time door to door was 26hrs with a 9 month old baby. It was made unneccesarily stressful by every single teat leaking and spilling milk everywhere. I ended up having to buy bottles in the UK airport and then sterilising them quickly with boiled water only as I had no other choice.
I have contacted them by email, their online form and facebook and still heard nothing. Shocking. Do not buy.

Contacted this company on 4 occasions and have been ignored every single time. They added a product to my order without my consent AFTER I had submitted my payment details. I have no need for the product and yet they have charged me for it. I didnt even look at this item nevermind add it to my bag.
The word FRAUD springs to mind.

I purchased the itsy bundle back in April to take on holiday 15th may. It was hardly used and only a handful of times on holiday and the bag has split. I never took the pounches you warm in the microwave but when I got home and went to use them, one had already also split :(

I've messaged you on Instagram 1st June and again on Facebook 18th June and nobody has got back to me.

Paid for quick delivery- Itsy did not process until 5 days later. Three items missing from the order. Customer service contacted and email ignored. Second email sent, awful customer service.

Really great product! I used these for my twin boys for when we went on holiday, they screwed right onto the aptamil readymade milk bottles and so where a lifesaver as didn’t take up much room in the nappy bag. We also used them for bottle of water so again meant not having to take other cups or bottles in the baby bag! Really useful and handy product would highly recommend for holidays and when our and about with little ones.

I always was happy with itsykid but this time the hot/cold bag was disappointed. The hot/cold bag loses heat very quickly. I couldn’t have warm food for my baby at all.

The itsy Guzzler fits almost no bottles even those that are identical to the Aptamil bottles shown in the promotional materials…. Utterly useless unfortunately. I had really high hopes it would help our son transition to a cup but it wasn’t to be because we couldn’t use them with any success.
