I've been buying juice from ivg ireland…
I've been buying juice from ivg ireland for a long time now and always would say they are a 5 star company to deal with until i got my order on Thursday and it was completely wrong ive emailed twice to bring it to they're attention and have got zero reply so whilst they're products are very ggod they're customer care is severely lacking and needs major improvement

fast delivery but strange delivery policies.
Great products and excellent next day delivery as usual but my compliant is more about your couriers . Why do I need to agree a ‘safe place’ if I’m not in or risk missing the delivery (as I did on one occasion), when I’m out, when the whole parcel fits easily through the letter box?
