Took my money and got nothing

I ordered twice before all ok then my order of £84 paid just said confirmed. I sent messages after message no reply. Until i said i was contacted my bank to get refund. Then they replied we send your refund straight away got NOTHING
I WISHED I READ REVIEWS FIRST.
DON'T BUY
YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I HAVE.

Not good stay away

Not good stay away.
Placed my order and got a text message back to confirm then heard nothing from them. Sent messages to chase up my order and still nothing. Checked the reviews and thought well this isn’t gonna happen so sent request to my bank who have pulled my money back and now we move on.
Stay away stay away stay away.
That’s all I can say.

They are just scammers

After a week from ordering I wrote to them via their website. A pleasant surprise after a few hours they wrote back saying that the delivery was delayed by 2 days. After another 2 weeks of waiting I wrote again. ZERO response. I will never buy anything from them again, they are just scammers.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. 18 days after ordering they informed me they are now out of stock, after reading (and ignoring ) my past communications asking for an update on my order. Complete scam artists who lack a shed of competence. Avoid avoid avoid. Reported to trading standards

Incompetent at best but most likely a scam

I placed an order (9215), for which I paid online, and received a text confirmation but no email. A week later, despite reaching out several times, I have not received a response other than to say they are looking into it. They are clearly reading the messages as I can see they have opened them. So, despite my reasonable expression of concern, I have still not received the goods, an explanation or any estimated timeline for delivery. This outfit is completely incompetent at best and dishonest at the extreme. Unfortunately I suspect the latter but time will tell. I will pursue them on principle and report this as possible fraud.

Update 12th Feb
I have still not received a response or the goods from I vape. Do not waste your money or time.

This is ridiculous!!!! JOKE
And update on my review-contacted Ivape again and I've been totally ignored. No response to the my email and the message on WhatsApp has been seen but there wasn't any reply

Give me my order or give me my money back!

Spent £46 on some vapes and was notified that my order was dispatched on the 18th. Now 10 days later and Royal Mail still haven’t received any package from them because they have in fact NOT dispatched my items like they claimed. I made multiple attempts to contact them to find out what’s happening with my order.. They completely ignored my email, so I sent a WhatsApp message and finally got a reply last night. I was told that they are going to check on my order. That was now 24 hours ago and I’ve heard nothing as they are now reading my messages and just ignoring them.. At this point I just want my money back so I can order my vapes elsewhere.. worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Shocking customer service

I placed an online order on the 11th November and I've received no information since. I have emailed customer service with no reply and I've used WhatsApp to contact them and they have ignored the messages

You can boil it down to 2 sentences. Non-existent warehouse management.
Very very bad customer service.
So long time for a delivery. Spent 330 pund.
And just a bad experience.
December 10. Tried again. 214 pund order. Again warehouse chaos. Dont har what they say on website. Can't tell a delivery date, after I changed order to "what they have in stock" still waiting on day 6 efter ordering.
My Advice: Buy your stuff elsewhere....

DONT ORDER FROM THESE

I ordered 6 disposable vapes on Monday night going into Tuesday the 20th of August, to no confirmation of my order.
I then messaged on Tuesday to find out when they will be dispatching my order to be asked for my order number which I then provided. I was then informed that these was going to be dispatched on Wednesday, so I replied fantastic can u please tell me who these will be sent via, this message was then ignored. On Wednesday I then messaged again on what’s app to ask what was happening with my order to be told that it was being prepared for dispatch and I would be notified once this has been done.
Yesterday I then messaged again on what’s app about my order to be told they would notify me shortly I then asked why they hadn’t been dispatched and I got a reply stating please allow us some time we will give me complete detail I then recieve another message stating they are sorry for the inconvience caused and they will be dispatched as soon as possible. I also sent an email and messaged on Facebook which I never recieved a reply.
I then messaged today on the 23rd stating that if items hasn’t been dispatched by the end of business hours then I would like a full refund otherwise I will be paying a visit to the store.
I then recieved a message back stating that they will pass my complaint to relevant team and they will be in contact shortly. I’m still waiting on a reply.

Order items from this store had no emails or correspondence from them about it had too email and chase them about my order waited nearly 2 weeks and seen that had been refunded with no explanation or nothing not even a apology.if you want your items avoid this company as are shambollock and have no customers service or integrity!!!!

I do not recommend! I ordered a package, I waited a week, there was no message, then I wrote where my package was, I got a response that they do not have my goods in stock, then I wrote that I want my money, for which I have to wait 7 days, a very unserious company

I don't, obviously know the experience of others on the Ivape website and dealing with this company in general.
Having been a fairly regular customer for about three months or so. All I can do is speak very highly of them.
My order is usually for four of the big 14000 puff Quake Pro. They've delivered the flavours I've asked for as fast as Royal Mail can bring them. Unusually in my experience this company goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. E. G. The last batch of vapes were stolen from my doorstep almost £40 down I thought. Not a bit of it. When I contacted Ivape to find out where my order had got to they chased it up with Royal Mail and got a new replacement batch out to me by the next post. Absolutely no charge to me whatsoever. If that's not excellent customer service then I don't know what is! This company highly recommended... Oh they've got a pretty good selection of vapes etc too.

Out of Stock. Late Delivery. False Promise.

I ordered total of 4 x (VNSN Quake Pro 14000 Puffs Disposable) online on a Sunday afternoon and was expecting it to get delivered on Tuesday. I waited till Monday evening to receive dispatch information but didn't receive any. So I decided to leave them a message on WhatsApp.

I didn't get any response so I sent them another message on Tuesday afternoon after which I finally got a response saying that they would look into it.

After few hours, I received a call from a gentleman named Kumar (I think) to let me know that one of my choice was out of stock and asked me to choose another which I did. Kumar also offered me an extra vape for free as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused which I was obviously happy to hear and was looking forward to it.

I asked Kumar when could I expect to receive the order and he promised that I would get it on Wednesday which I was OK with.

So I wait.

Nothing on Wednesday.

So I wait again. Finally I received the package on Thursday i.e, today.

I open the package, no extra Vape as promised by Kumar.

And the orders are all messed up with all the wrong choices.

I do understand the delay that can be caused due to stock issues, but the false promises and the hassle I had to go through and now all the wrong flavours, I am very reluctant to make future purchases from iVapestore and I am likely to go to my usual vendor vapeonlinestore.co.uk instead.
