BUYER BEWARE.

Avoid this lousy merchant. Wife bought a bracelet on Shopify from Ivory & Sterling (Melbourne) but it was way too small - it might've fit a child, maybe.

Their website boasts a 30 days return policy, but the problem is the return address they provided on the parcel is fake. We posted the item back to the provided address with paperwork included anticipating a refund as per their stated policy, but the parcel came back to us as "Return to Sender - Not At This Address."

The "Contact Us" form on their website is useless. After filling in all the details, the Send button is greyed out - it doesn't do anything.

So, since it's not their real address, you can't actually return it. Google Maps shows the address they provided is a school uniform shop in Bayswater North.

There is no address or phone number on their website & they do not respond to emails - they totally ghost you, so you can't return anything to them. There's no way to contact them.

Just look at the reviews here - they confirm this is their modus operandi. Once they have your money you're dead to them.

We're about to report them to the Shopify platform that hosts this pathetic e-commerce business, and you should too, if you've been burnt by these crooks.

This company is a joke they'll take your money and send you nothing. Then you email and email and no response. SAVE you money people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Also I wish I had read these reviews before handing over my hard earned money! I bought items for my daughter’s birthday and now I have to buy more somewhere else. The prices were too good and that’s where I failed as it was too good to believe. I now have to fork out more $$ for her birthday gift and I saved up that money for months. I have contacted them x3 times with no response. I also rang their contact number - no answer. They have either block me from FaceBook or they have shut their page down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I also paid over $70 for there so called special, by the reviews I have read this company must do a lottery system and who ever get the name picked BINGO you get your purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I received my beautiful necklace and it’s perfect and also received a free bracelet equally beautiful on the offer they had. 2 standout sophisticated pieces of jewellery and they feel luxurious.

Purchased but never received contacted several times but no response

I am waiting on an order and have emailed this company with no reply, think twice about ordering from them.

have not recieved items purchased, sent over 20 emails with not one response ( Im sure inbox for their emails is not monitored).What a waste of time and money for the purchase.DO NOT BUY EVER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! dodgy AF.

They have never sent my order no correspondence from them at all been 5 weeks sent over 5 emails they charged my account and never heard anything from the company at all

Why did the price jump over $60 when putting a product in cart!! Not cool

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Their web site says they are happy to return and refund. I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. With absolutely no response. Their product descriptions are poor at best. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As a first time purchaser, my experience with Ivory & Sterling has been really positive.

I pre-ordered the Princess Drop Necklace and Ivory & Sterling included the Equestrian Charm Necklace as a free gift.

My package arrived only a couple of days ago but the jewellery seems well made and is nicely weighted.

Both of the pieces I received are ideal for wearing to my corporate workplace or casually.

The packaging is lovely- ideal for times of gifting- and a bonus polishing cloth included.

Well priced items, lovely quality.

A great company to deal with (prompt replies to my enquiries) and I will definitely purchase from Ivory and Sterling again.
