I would think a small family business would be all about customer service. Not so with Ivy + Cloth- just the opposite. They make it extremely difficult to do business with them, take their good old time responding and have made me want to never do business with them again. It’s a shame, because they have cute product. But anyone can print sayings on t-shirts and sweatshirts.

Received the shirt I ordered but the product said "over sized"...the Medium would fit an NFL linebacker.

I tried to return the shirt and I COULD NOT get anyone to call me back. They have a limited time for returns.

THE ONLY WAY I GOT THEIR ATTENTION WAS TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FILE A FRAUD COMPLAINT!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Be wary folks! I ordered a sweat shirt in the wrong size. Do not expect hassle free or timely returns. There is not a number to call. You are given an email address. Once you email your issue, you will get an email back Saying we'll get to it, don't email us again or you'll pretty much go to the bottom of the list, which makes me think they're not answering emails. Depending on what your issue is, there are possible restocking fees.This fee and that fee. I am on day four, now waiting for an email answer to simply swap something out for a different size.I would not order from this company again.And I order all the time online.This is one of my worst experiences.

Total scammer & any 3-5 reviews are fake, wish I could give them a 0. They are not in Greenville & ob0viously haven't been in business as they claim...the pictures on their site are stolen & the clothes are shoddy fabric, substituted by different prints & not made the same as pictures. I'm mad at myself for falling for it and at premium prices. These clothes are from China because that's what I got when I squawked at them enough...don't do it. You would do better at a dollar store. Don't try to do an exchange or get your money back, just call it gone and write as many bad reviews as you can. I'm afraid to order anything on line now because it's infested with scam roaches!

My item arrived and it isn't just over sized, it's huge! Yes, I looked at the size chart, this is obnoxiously over sized. It has a very chemically smell to it. The colors are not the same as what is advertised. The material is awful, scratchy and cheap feeling. I should have read the reviews first!! Now that I have, I'm really concerned about the return process.

They have some very unclear shady thing where after you order they ask if you want to add other random things to your cart. I clicked what I thought was the button to pass on these options and they automatically charged me for some random shirt in a random size and there is no clear way to cancel it. This is SO shady and I am very annoyed.

Well, i should have read these reviews before ordering! I've been trying to return dresses that do not fit for a week and just keep getting messages with offers of partial refund or store credit. Their website says 30 day returns and I think they are trying to run out the 30 days!

The total I spent for my two shirts was $96.  I paid $20 for priority shipping but there was no priority - it took 13 days to get my items.  By that time, I had already left for my vaction.  
Total I paid in (without tax) was $116
To return my items they will have me pay return shipping - $20, plus charge me $15 restocking fee for each item AND a $5.32 return label fee.  (I have NEVER heard of a label fee - RIDICULOUS).  So it will cost me over $55 to return my two items - which is HALF of what I paid!  This is the WORST - not to mention how hard it is to communicate with them.  You have to contact them directly (email) to get return information. And within 14 days.

I have never ordered from them before and I certainly never will again.  I think I'm a pretty savvy shopper but I should have checked reviews before ordering anything.  Below is what is all over the Internet on them when searching reviews.  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

All I wanted was a simple exchange, I'm told every time I call or email that " I'll be put to the back of the queue. Seriously? Then answer me! I don't even want money back just a different size!

I ordered the Father mows best green tshirt. I had not read reviews prior. I ordered on May 18, it was shipped on May 22 and I received it on June 2. I had been getting worried when the tracking number didn’t work and then I’d looked at reviews, wondered if I made a mistake . But it came today and the product looked as shown . So no complaints from me. I ordered from Canada.

I ordered a t-shirt and the one I recieved is nothing like the one on the website. It looks cheap and the colors of the USA shirt look pink and baby blue. And like others, it's not worth it to return. I wish I had read the review here first. The reviews on the website don't seem accurate.

Like so many others wrote, I should have read the reviews. The return/exchange process is agonizing. The communication with a representatives is pitiful. The items that I purchased are identical in color although named different, appeared different in pictures. The items that I purchased less than one week ago are on sale, and no price adjustment would be done. To sum it up, the buyers pays and keeps paying if a return/exchange is required and even if the items are now on sale,

Had to do a simple exchange and ended up paying another $18 total to ship back one shirt and get the other. Way too much and for an exchange they should always be free. I should have read the reviews and policies before I bought and will never buy again. This company does not put the customer first at all.

I usually check companies like this before I order from the but I made the sad mistake of not doing it for this one. Terrible company. Horrible customer service. 100% do not recommend.

I was so excited for my sweatshirts. I bought two. One was gray and the other was a ‘smoke’ color. They were expensive, but I was ok with that because I have been looking at these for a while. They arrived and one was baby blue (the gray one) and the other was blank. As in plain. As in they folded a crew neck sweatshirt with no design on it (when it was supposed to say ‘baseball is my favorite season’). What type of company ships a blank sweatshirt to someone? At this point I don’t want a replacement. I just want my money back.

Horrible quality but even worse return policy! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! "Please be advised that the shipping fee and the return label fee of $8.64 USD and $15 restocking fee" what a scam!

Horrible return policy. What is even worse on their advertisement for solid crewnecks they called them 100% original, and the name brands are from craft stores like Michael’s to include Gildan and Jerzee brands. The quality is cheap, scratchy and thin. Do not buy from here as items are nothing like pictured or advertised. Now I have to pay shipping, processing fees and restocking fees and will get a fraction of my money back.

Beware their terrible quality. My sweatshirt began to rip at the seams after just a few wears. After 5 months, I had to throw it in the trash. Their warranty covers 3 months, so they will not refund or replace my sweatshirt. I won’t be back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt on a Sunday and paid for it. On Monday morning, I received a text saying I still needed to pay for my shirt. I then proceeded to pay for it thinking my charge hadn’t went through again, trusting the company. A couple hours later I received an email with one order number and another email with another order number. I immediately contacted the company and was told that I had ordered two shirts, I had not! I then was told since it was already in process I would have to return it, and I said that it was not my responsibility because they sent me something that said I had not paid when I indeed had paid now they are saying that I will have to return it to them. I have not yet received the product, but I have since been reading reviews and it seems as if the product has very thin material, as well as it has a terrible smell . I still do not understand why it is my responsibility to handle this issue when it was their mistake. The items have not even shipped so there is no reason for them to send it to me and make me return it. I have contacted my credit card company and cancel payments, but I have not heard back from ivy & cloth. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company not only does it seem like they are unprofessional, but they are also not prompt in responding!
