Dodgy company

I should have read reviews before ordering something.. I did that only after few days after I placed order - when I saw 1.2 starts I knew that I’m gonna be disappointed already
That’s unbelievable how easy to fool people 🤯
Got RUBBISH boots , supposed to be leather but I got kinda paper boots lol that’s unacceptable
When I wanted to get my money back , of course there is no point to do it because returning price more than I paid for my boots 😅
Hopefully soon they will shut down this dodgy company and this people gonna get boomerang in their life’s

Don't abide to the Distance Selling Act and disregard UK online sales practices. Someone needs to shut this company down, never seen so many bad reviews. Embarrasing.

They are a scam and the items from China

They are a scam! I ordered a trench waterproof coat in small and medium. Small never arrived and I wanted to return the medium. I was told to post it to Canada as this is more environmentally friendly!. I wrote back to say, you are promoting yourself in the 'Netherlands' on your website and therefore, back to you, it would cost me £10 to return and not £60. I found out 3 weeks later, they are in China! I read online, they operate under English law as per their website legal section and therefore I have UK consumer legal rights. Ultimately, I got a refund on small coat and voucher to the value of medium coat (after they discussed this as a goodwill gesture). I have not used the voucher yet. I would just prefer a full refund and return it to the Netherlands. I have had a battle on my hands. The waterproof coat is made of polyester, very light weight and would not protect anyone. This company should be investigated by some UK organisation to protect us. Do not order anything.

I had ordered a medium bodywarmer was small fitting contacted and got replacement sent immediately to larger size no extra cost. Online support was amazing throughout this process. Will definitely use this company again.

Outstandingly bad

Repeatedly fail to abide by UK on right to return. Do not make return charges clear prior to order placement. Require returns to Canadian address at purchaser's expense, without pre-contract notification, in contravention of UK law. Support appears to be and AI bot that simply loops back through past responses. Appalling company with unacceptable business practices.

I agree with all reviews on here. Not even 1 star. Terrible quality. Described as “quality leather” not even fake leather - was polyester - not at all like in the photo or description. They too offered me a refund “to purchase something else” - I. E. Not your money back - despite the fact that I was within the time line for a full refund. I am still fighting on as this is outrageous…Do not buy from here.

The worst customer service ever

The item I bought was a beige onesie with a zip-up front - it was actually brilliant quality and fitted me perfectly. The fabric was soft and buttery, and I was so happy with it. The second time I wore it was to the airport on my trip to the Maldives with my husband. On the plane, during a toilet break I tried to zip it back up, and the zip popped open and completely broke, I wasnt wearing a bra or anything else and now my boobs were completely out. I had to half open the door holler down an air hostess to go back to my seat and ask my husband for his jumper so I could cover up. I wrote to Ivyshape when I landed and explained what had happened and sent a photo of my broken zip, their response was that because I was out of the 14-day returns policy, I was unable to return my item for a replacement. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! I only bought the item about 1 month ago. I am outraged and upset that this is how they would treat their customers, especially when I was so happy with my item to start with.

rubish quality and sized item, no paperwork in parcel so requested a returns form, rubish reply and service, absolutely no intention of allowing me to return this item!! all reviews are absolutely correct!! why is this company allowed to get away with this!!😡

If there was a 0 this seller would get a 0 or minus. Do not buy from here! Their website says they ship from UK and returns accepted. The product I bought took approx 4 weeks as was shipped from China. Product quality is appalling and product is NOT not as advertised. I bought a waterproof coat. It is thin polyester cotton mix with no coating so wouldn’t even be shower proof. They indicate returns have to go to Canada at a cost of 30-70£! …if you want a refund. They won’t accept fault and keep emailing the same thing. Customer service is equally as bad as quality. It is not worth the risk and hassle. The absolute worst company!!

Do not buy from this company sent item wasn’t as all as per description but also damaged . When I contact them terrible customer service offered a credit note although their website states if damaged items will send return label but they say I have to pay postage despite sending them a screenshot of their t&c’s

Disgusting customer service and terrible products that aren’t as per description or pictures

I agree with with all the negative…

I agree with with all the negative comments on here. Terrible quality nothing like the picture shown, took forever to arrive. Cannot get a refund only a voucher for some other rubbish. Do not buy from here it's all fake rubbish. Very disappointing.

Honestly the most awful company I have dealt with but more than anything very cheap products and material do not buy from here please read reviews first also took 6 weeks to come

Don’t

Don’t, just don’t. Quality awful, customer service non existent and I didn’t want give it one star but had no option to exclude it. I know they’re cheap but the quality really is abysmal. The lengthy wait for delivery pales into insignificance compared to the atrocious clothing.

Purchased a jumper August 2025

Purchased a jumper August 2025. Extremely poor quality so I asked to return the garment. I was given an option to return the garment to Canada! Or keep the garment and select another item from the website which they would send on. They have a .UK in such options but they have told me today to return it to Canada. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. The jumper is of such poor quality.
