Absolutely hideous. Trying to return and costs more to return so they send you discount code but they have hardly any stock to view.
Everyone please avoid complete ripoff the items they sell tell you reduced and you csn find same item on another site quarter thr price. Scammers frauds should be disgusted with themselves.

My mother made the mistake of ordering shoes form this company, the refund policy, which is not made clear at the point of purchase, they will only refund 10% of the total cost.
I would not advise anyone to use this company

Absolutely fuming. I bought a dress from here for a funeral arrived a week too late. It took them three weeks for it to arrive when purchasing it doesn't state it would take this long! Now because I want my money back they're refusing and trying to offer me a discount code to use on the website but there is literally nothing to buy on there! Not happy at all. Never again will I use this company.

Ordered on march 9th and still waiting emailed 17 times so far to be told they are taking my query very seriously as to where my order is, but will NOT refund me my money even though order status was showing as not shipped. Im fuming 😤 told them it is too late now as the event has passed got told I would need to return once delivered, got to get it before I can return it like that will never happen .

Do not I repeat do not use this company, they ripped me off , it took 2 months for any boots to arrive they were completely the wrong size, and absolutely not orthopedic, they should be sued for false information fraud and stealing money. I have no boots and have lost £57 to these disgusting scumbags, who lie and mess you about. . An appalling company. Stay clear.

Scam website avoid at all costs. steals pictures from legitimate websites and sells cheap poorly made versions of the items. was given a “100%” discount code to order the same dress in a bigger size the 100% discount only knocked a fraction of the price off and the when dress arrived it was a completely different colour and had stitching to the original dress. they want me to cover a £30-£80 fee to ship back to china. don’t be fooled by this scam page

I wish I had checked the reviews before buying from their website. They claim their business is from the Netherlands but you have to return to China at an exorbitant price and the actual dress looks nothing like the site! Please do not buy from this website, they are a scam!!!

Another one of these companies where returns have to be sent to China at your expense. Will I ever learn?
Boots looked great in the photo but they’re rubbish. Poor quality materials and they look so cheap.

This companies entire motive is to send out faulty, damaged and crap quality clothes, then refuse to refund or tell you to pay to return a damaged item. They have no regard for UK consumer law. The pictures on their site don’t match the items whatsoever, even Shein is better quality and a eighth of the price, I paid £50 for a jumper just for it to be ripped, a different colour, and different fit to the images on the site, they refused to refund after 10 days of going back and forth. The bank is now handling it and I will be reporting to trading standards. Don’t waste your money ordering from them

Very shady company.
Would have cost me half what I paid to ship back to China. Utter Scam. Ended up accepting the 100% voucher to at least get some basics, but been on the site just now and basically no stock, just 13 items listed. Terrible customer service people who know they are cheating you and really don't care. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wasted £100 FOR CHEAP TAT that would fit a 12yr old.

Website looked lovely. Ordered trousers and top. Only trousers delivered after weeks. Awful poor quality and sizing, piece of tat for £48. No idea it was coming from a sweatshop in China. I've lost £68 as refund impossible as they offer discount on next order or return to warehouse with the cost of the return as much as you paid initially. Huge scam. Please beware!!!!!!

Sandals are too thin cant get your foot in my daughter who is 2 sizes smaller than me said they were too tight for her. they offered me 100% off to try another size but no point as I still wouldn't be able to wear them they are cheap plastic if I wanted a return they said it could cost me from £30 to £80 so do not buy from this company

Item not as described and had to request refund through card company. Image on website was a knitted hoody but the hoody delivered was a cheap thin elasticated material with the knitted pattern from the online image printed on it. They also sent an XL when a size 8 was ordered. I tried several times to cancel the order after reading the reviews here, and their online cancellation policy says that you can cancel any time up to the item being shipped, but they refused each time to cancel it even though it sat for nearly 3 weeks in the warehouse in that time. The day it arrived I asked for a refund due to the poor quality, incorrect size, and the item not as described, and was told I had to return it at my own cost direct to China. They also pointed out that the refund was dependent on the item not getting ‘lost’ during the return process. Eventually my card company obtained a refund directly on my behalf but not before Ivy Shape tried to randomly ship a replacement instead which I had not asked for and didn’t want. This was after they first accepted my return request and apologised that the item was not as described, before changing their mind and saying that it was as described so that the return cost became my responsibility. Complete rip off company and the customer service staff are clearly trained to manage this.

AWFUL - avoid at all costs

Ordered a dress - never arrived - was told it was damaged in the post and they'd resend. Weeks later and still no dress, by this point I have looked elsewhere and so I asked for a refund. They said no as the dress was in the post - more weeks go by and after lots of emails back and forth they say the dress isn't in the post after all, and is out of stock. They offer me a voucher and I say no, and ask for a refund. Weeks go by and still no refund. I chased again and they told me it'd be another week. So we'll see. Either way - horrendous. Don't use this company.

We have been through all the bad Experiance , got in touch with our bank and went to a visa dispute, first we gave Ivyshape a ultimatum to except the goods back to there London returns address that is on the package we received, and to process a full refund. They refused, we forwarded the emails to the bank and they got the money back for us. It took less than a couple of weeks. It would be better if Visa & Mastercard put up a message to people who tried to buy from Ivyshape that this is not a trusted company to deal with. Just contact your bank and keep all your email so you can send them to the card suppliers to get your cash back

Ordered a light weight padded jacket size XXL, price £42. Did not realise until my order was placed it was coming from China, also because it was not really cheap and supposedly in the sale!
When the coat finally arrived it was of poor quality and several sizes too small, I would say 10 -12.
Contacted the company who did not offer me a refund but a 100 % voucher. When I looked on the site no coats or jackets to be found, company said they had to restock. Well and truly add!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, why is it still being allowed to advertise???

I did the same mistake as others, didn’t read the reviews before ordering it was the biggest mistake. Cheap quality products and sent me the wrong size of shoes when I asked for return they gave me the return price more than the item price. Stay away from this company
