I needed my iwatch series 5 screen glass replaced. After some futile enquiries locally and on line I found iwatchrepair.co.uk. It’s always difficult at assess how genuine an on line company is but I took a chance. The minute I started the order process, everything went simply, clearly and efficiently. Posted to them on Monday. Confirmed receipt by them on Tuesday. Recommendation on Wednesday that battery should also be changed as it was well below optimum performance. Agreed by me. Back with me on Friday fully functional and looking and working as new. Highly recommended and I would use them again without hesitation

Absolutely fantastic service and completely honest! I went to the Apple Store to see about repairing the screen on my apple ultra watch and they wanted to replace the whole watch for over £500. Sent it instead to iwatchrepair and they looked at it and said it’s not broken at all it was the screen protector! They replaced that and refunded me the difference on the screen repair I had paid for! Really good to see people who are honest and not out to make a quick buck. Would have been easy to replace the protective screen protector and say that they had repaired it.

sent my ultra 2 for repair and as others have stated on inspection it was the tempered glass Not the screen that was cracked (something that apple watches have built in ) ? so the cost was £50 as opposed to £199 (difference refunded) from start to finish the communication was faultless , being given updates throughout. if you are thinking of having a repair done just do it they are very professional and honest, cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow. I am a bit cautious so checked and double checked reviews before I booked a repair. I removed the screen protector and sent it away. Appears there was a tempered glass one under that I had forgot about. They contacted me to say just needed that doing as original glass was ok and quoted a price much cheaper than the original repair I’d paid for. Got watch back the next day and refund that afternoon. Now if I had realised I could have possibly done it myself. But how honest and brilliant is that for service! Highly recommend them for anyone who’s having doubts.

Had a cracked screen fixed, new battery, and a screen protector all fitted at the same time. It's better than new.

From start to finish this was such a great service. I sent my apple Ultra watch in for what i thought was a new screen needed. I was happy to pay £160 for the repair as apple want over £450 but knew there was no guarantee of water protection. Not only did Sam keep me informed he also advised i only needed a tempered screen protector and that water protection would still be 100% as before, further more refunded me the difference paying just for the protector. I received the watch back today , as new!

Not only will I be using again for my other apple products but would recommend to all others. Superb company service and people, thankyou

They fixed my apple watch when no one else would. Apple themselves were atrocious. It took them longer than most people said on the reviews and their website but I am so grateful that it was fixed. They were easy to contact and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
