They fixed my apple watch when no one else would. Apple themselves were atrocious. It took them longer than most people said on the reviews and their website but I am so grateful that it was fixed. They were easy to contact and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

A really straightforward way to get battery replaced in i-watch. Reasonable cost and secure tracked postage for peace of mind. Great way to get a few extra years from older Apple watch series.

Great service, can't fault. Posted my watch due to a cracked screen. Was updated throughout the processes and received the watch back fairly quickly. No complaints!

Excellent communication during the repair and item returned quickly. However 2 months on screen has cracked without being dropped or suffering impact. Company not responding to emails. Conclusion - Cheap for a reason.

I can’t fault the service from this company! My iWatch screen was cracked after my toddler decided to play catch with it and I decided to try this company based on the reviews and price - they were significantly cheaper than going direct to the manufacturer. I paid to have this delivered quickly and within 48 hours of arrival the watch was sent back via next day delivery. It looks like new and works perfectly! What I liked most is their communication - I was emailed with updates at key stages and you can track the progress of your repair online. I’m really happy with the result, hopefully I don’t need their services again (although with a toddler who knows!) but I would happily use them again.

Second time I have used this company for a cracked apple watch screen. Super efficient company, great communication and repair excellent. Cannot fault this company and would highly recommend.

My wife’s watch was repaired and returned by the company and screen literally shattered the first day just on normal wearing and when we questioned this were told it wasn’t their fault and could have £10 off another repair! Sub standard screen used. Very disappointing

Sent for a repair on my series Se needed the sensor mending. They fixed that however noticed another problem afterwards upon returning. They told me to send the watch back and they fixed it again without any extra costs. Very trustworthy and a great job done

My watch has a death wish. Third time back to iwatch repair. Always fast turnaround, reasonable price and they keep you in the picture.
BUT aren’t lift doors supposed to open when you put your hand in them instead of cracking your watch face ( and bruising wrist)????
