This site is a scam!!! Tried to buy Gerber daisy seeds for my wife and got nothing!! Lame Chinese bullcrap!!

This is a company in China -- where the website says its here in the US. No where on the site does it say its in China. This is becoming a huge problem that Chinese sites get a po box in US and then hide where they really are. Stay away from this site. I will be throwing out the seeds if they ever get here.

Purchased seeds over 1 month ago. Still have not received anything. Do not buy from this company. The company is slow and unreliable. A waste of my money.

I made an order 4 weeks ago it wasn’t even sent yet. Tried to email them - nothing. This company is just bunch of scammers.

O stars. Seeds never came. It is called Jack's seeds because they "jack" your seeds.

I ordered in March 2021. Didn't hear/receive anything so I emailed them three times. Got no reply. Sent them snail mail in early May. No reply. Today (5/10), I receive seeds in teeny-tiny ziplocs from CHINA. I thought they'd be seeds packaged professionally in a regular seed packet like how you would buy at a store. I doubt they'll be the color that I purchased. Very disappointed with this company. Won't ever order again.

This company straight up took my money and never sent a thing. The number they give is not a working number. Their emails go unread, also their email on their “contact us” page has a “typo”, as it says it’s a “.co” instead of “.com” but all of their email blasts are “.com” Don’t let my mistake happen to you!!! They sent me a “tracking” number that was in an Asian language and looks like it never left the original place, as there is only 1 line on the tracking. It’s been two months and still NOTHING. I’ve emailed three times now, spaced two weeks apart. I’m contacting the better business bureau today, hopefully they can shut the fraudulent site down.

actually its a 0 star got seed but nothing grew from them. YES I grew up on a farm all m other seed grew from other places , just not the ones I bought from jack seed that took 4 weeks to come from china. God only know what they are.

On 4.18.21 I ordered $26.42 worth of seeds because they were supposed to ship in 3-5 days. Instead I received an email that it would be 3-4 weeks. Can't wait that long,so immediately emailed them to cancel the order,no response. Tried their phone number 213-336-4910,which is bogus.
Emailed them again on 4.30.21 to confirm cancellation of my order. No response. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

I've tried emailing this company numerous times,they never answer. The phone numbers are invalid. I no longer want the merchandise. I want a refund.

I never received my order from you and have not been able to contact you using the phone numbers you have provided for that purpose. Your company is a fake ripoff. I’m counting my order with you as a loss. You can be assured that I will never recommend you to anybody. Stop sending me emails.

I never received my order. Tried to call, no such number. Do not order from these people. They do not exist.

I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. All of these customers you have scammed is horrible. Your web sight should be taken down. People order like myself before reading your reviews. You should be ashamed. You are getting reported.

We ordered 200 ornamental pepper seeds and only received 100. Contacted them twice and got NO response! Buyer beware!

I would give this business a BIG ZERO!!! I only gave it one star because I had no other option. I never received my order after two months of emails and phone calls, I just gave up. I am just glad it was only a small purchase. Buyer beware! You will get screwed!

I ordered solar powered deer repellent devices in March. Received notice quickly that they have been shipped. They have never replied to four inquiries through email and two telephone calls that went to an answering machine. Do not order from this company! I believe it is a scam operation.

I have to agree with all the other reviews. The few seeds I got come from china and I don't speak or read Chinese. I don't know what I got for $35. No explanation. I wrote two emails and got the same "canned" answer. Now I called and had to leave a message. I agree with the other customers. It seams to be a scam !

This was a bad idea to try and order beautiful flowers from Jacks seeds !!
First off - they have a stupid spin and try your luck to get a discount - said 15% off my order, so I chose the items I want and proceed to check out - 15% not available for my items in cart, so I'm like okay will I want the flower seeds so it's okay, then the shipping is just totally stupid outrageous !!
I decided to google Jacks seeds company before making my purchase.
In the mean time I received the email message for the 15% off and thanks for signing up for there emails !!
It's got to be a Scam Company !!
Now they have my info and email.
So glad I researched and read the reviews here !!

I received my order 20 days after they took my money - its the worst purchase I have ever made - packaging was non existent with seeds put into a clear polythene bag with one word hand written description such as "Pink" - totally meaningless especially when there are 3 different "Pinks" some labels so badly hand written they were illegible. No instructions at all - dont waste your money - great web site covering up a pathetic everything else

Total ripoff. Seeds not what pictured or described in website. Weird junk from China. Green bean seeds were soybeans or lentils!?
