Seeds arrived from China with Chinese writing - I cannot read Chinese! I had no idea which seeds were which, and I had a mix of flowers and veggies. Jack Seeds was finally able to help me identify which were which, but it didn't matter in the end, as not a single seed sprouted! Say no to Jack Seeds!

Rip off company
I had to give a star to write a review, however I wouldn't even give them that. I ordered 5 different seeds from them and only one came up and it wasn't even a flower I ordered. The phone number to contact is no longer in service and no one gets back to you through email. They are delivered in small clear unmarked bags. Do NOT order from Jackseeds!😖👎

Botched order
I ordered giant hibiscus seeds, 25 in dark purple, 25 in dark blue. The seeds came, not marked as to color. I separated them for planting so I would know the difference. Unfortunately only 1 group came up ( in peat pots). Now they are in garden, blooming YELLOW, where are the purple and blue? I've written them, and of course, no response. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them. Such a rip-off.

A very dishonest, illegitimate company
This is a Chinese supplier that doesn't have the USDA permits necessary to export their bogus seeds to the USA. I tried to cancel my order the day after I placed it and they stonewalled me until they actually mailed the seeds as "phone cases". I turned the seeds over to the USDA and now Chase card won't refund my money because jackseeds says "the order is in customs".
Update: After providing all of the information from the USDA on illegal seed imports and that they had collected and destroyed the seeds, Chase did give me a refund that they will not be able to get back from jackseeds. Thank you, Chase.
