Wonderful, beautiful, amazing quality!
Just had an online order delivered. It was so well packaged that it reined in my excitement to open the boxes. I purchased shrubs, roses and perennials and all are top quality, super healthy plants at really excellent prices. Jacksons are brilliant and I'm telling everyone! Now sending boxes of plants for gifts instead of bouquets of flowers!!!

I ordered online. The 2 parcels arrived in a couple of days. The best parcels I've ever received! 9 well wrapped plants. Absolutely excellent! 7 Clearance Sale plants very good value at low prices for descent plants and 2 other good value plants.

Picked up an absolutely stunning Viburnum for a very reasonable price - this is such a winter star and is an absolute bargain and delivered very quickly. The team were brilliant at communicating when there was some confusion over delivery - it is how companies deal with problems that mark them out and Jackson's were great.

Visited here a few weeks ago. I wanted some advice about best trees to put up along my drive way and to be honest didn't have a clue what was best.
Spoke to a real gent, named Phil. He was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and gave me a few options to decide from. I can't fault him.

All other staff were friendly too and there is a huge selection of plants/trees to choose from.

A lovely Caffe and shop are also there, so plenty to see.

Trees look great where I have planted them.

Ordered three climbers.
They arrived very well packaged and not long after ordering. They are super plants and look really healthy and much more mature than I was expecting.

I ordered a substantial maple tree online and it arrived in perfect condition and is stunning. I've not seen anything so healthy from any garden centre (even on personal visits) for a long time.

It was a largish tree and was packed superbly, so it travelled without any damage whatsoever. I wished I lived nearer because I'd definitely visit in person. I'd have no hesitation in ordering plants online from Jacksons again. *Thank you* for my beautiful tree!

This was my first visit here and the customer service was excellent. I needed some advice on a few plants and Phil was friendly, super helpful and helped me find what I needed. Will definitely be back!

I had two orders delivered in a week and have waited until the second one arrived to give my comments. The packing was excellent and the parcels were left in the right place. All the plants were in fantastic condition except one looked a wee bit sad. Fresh air and sunshine sorted that out. Everybody that helped me with my orders were excellent and very helpful. Now to fill the pots!

My plants arrived today, delivery took a bit longer than it said on the website but the plants were very well packed and are in great condition. I normally try to avoid buying plants online because you never know what you get but this was a very good experience and I can definitely recommend this company!

I was disappointed with the arrival of a rose I ordered in memory of my mum it was not in a healthy condition, I rang jacksons nurseries and forward on photos to show them why I was not happy with the rose, after some communication problems I spoke to the sales team and within 24 hours I had received my replacement, I have to say I am very impressed how they dealt with the whole situation and will happily order from them again.

Just wanted to say how delighted I was with the rose I ordered from Jacksons, not only did it arrive when they said it would, but the flower is in fantastic conditions, this was a gift for someone so I am delighted with the service

Customer service is excellent, the Phyllostachys Nigra was well packed in a very healthy condition, unlike other companies I have dealt with, you could actually speak to someone on the phone will definately be using them in the future. Prompt efficient and professional service.

The website was easy to navigate, order process too. I chose a Azalea Golden Eagle for a friend and had it delivered to her. I was informed when it had been despatched and tracking info easy to use. It arrived within the time limit allotted and in beautiful condition as it had been well packed.
