We used Jacobs Steel to sell a property over the past few months and they have been absolutely brilliant - professional and helpful throughout. The team were thoughtful and professional from the first interaction to the last. The element I most recommend is that you are allocated a 'sales progressor', someone dedicated to supporting your sale. I was a little unsure about how helpful this would be in practice, but it honestly was fantastic. The sales progressor kept in regular contact with us and the buyer and provided an essential communication channel when things got stuck (usually due to conveyancing issues) and helped keep the sale moving forwards, with the perfect amount of intervention. I was very impressed at how successful and supportive this element of the service was: it created massive value for me and significantly reduced some of the most stressful aspects of house selling.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Jacobs Steel, and in particular our Sales progressor Rachel who was fabulous throughout the 7 month process! She was proactive, professional and efficient all rolled into one. She made us feel like her number one priority despite having multiple other clients to deal with every day.
Also Greg McGugh who valued our property was a delight to work with and also very professional in getting us to market and finding us a buyer.
