Jake Shoes Avis

The staff in the shop are really knowledgeable and friendly, really helpful and happy to offer their advice.
Came in a bit unsure on how Dr Marten’s fit and the staff reassured me and made recommendations on what to expect breaking them in and how to get the perfect fit.
Thankyou so much and will definitely come again!

A good set of available shoes, quick dispatch and delivery, top score!

Get real .Stock womens size 9. Not European size 42. European size 43. You are missing a lot of trade.

Ordered Skechers in 2 sizes as wasn't sure which to get. Parcel arrived quickly and had the correct items in. The returned pair were refunded 2 days after I sent them back. The price of the shoes bought was good too. All been great.

Member of staff very very rude in Stockport shop 3/05/23 when I was prepared to spend £200 on pair of shoes. Walked out won’t be going back.

Don't bother buying from here they take your money but expect a 20 percent discount to be ok on a pair of trainers less than a week old where the leather has come off the front scuff or not for 52 pounds and that's for a child's pair is disgusting . Never again

Fantastic customer service, personal and super efficient in dealing with my issue swiftly. Well done to all the staff involved, thank you. I would highly recommend this company, other companies need to take training from these guys!!!

Perfect quality very quick delivery could not ask for better value

Fantastic company!! Dr Martens were in the sale and in my size, they were sold out elsewhere! Ordered on friday and were here on monday! I also received update emails and texts! Will definitely use this company again! Highly recommend! Thanks again Jake Shoes!

Cannot recommend highly enough!
Went out of their way to ensure I got my order in time for a big occasion at very last min! Do not hesitate to buy from this company I’m so glad I found them!

Thank you Jakes Shoes

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens from their website on Jan 14 and it reached me, from the UK all the way down to New Zealand on Jan 31 ! Fast shipping with tracking and signature, takes PayPal for more safety, ships in 24hrs after the order was put through ! Ticks all the boxes so I recommend :)

I bought some soft leather black dr m boots a few weeks back and the eyelet round the lace came loose.
Couldn't have asked for better service and care that these guys gave me to get them to me and replaced during this mad pandemic.
Thank you, you are now my all time favourite shop

Ordered some DMs couldn’t get anywhere else in the size . Excellent service turned up next day safe and sound will always use again and recommend- good to be able to use an independent family run business rather than the big boys

Great shopping experience! Nice selection of shoes, very easy ordering process. Shipped to Poland within a few days. Strongly recommend!
