Excellent as always!

I have ordered from here a few times and wouldn’t buy from anywhere else now. The coffee is of exceptional quality and a very good price and their customer service I find is always excellent.

Shame

For the first time since I've started ordering from Uber eats it was the worst quality in the terms of flavour!!
Absolutely no flavour at all
No seasoning no spices
No any flavours at all just boiled ingredients!!
Just wasted my money unfortunately

Hi Anca, We are so sorry you did not receive your coffee. This is the first we are hearing about this. We will ship the order out again now at no extra cost. If the missing order turns up please keep it also. Anything could have happened to your order with Royal Mail. We can look into this as all shipments that we do are insured. Update - Other Companies should take lessons from JCTC re Customer Service

Ordered coffee on Monday 1 May 2023 and money taken from my account despite me sending two emails and neither of them being answered and ringing them only to get an answer machine I have still not received any coffee and this is now Wednesday 10 May 2023. They used to give good customer services but this is dismal. Their website shows the company is '10 Westbury Limited' (Trading name is Jamaica Coffee Trading Company) and if you look on the Companies House website it shows their 'Confirmation Statement' is overdue.

UPDATE: Jamaica Coffee Trading Co rang me on Friday 12 May and admitted there had been an error and the coffee had not been sent out to me (I don't know, but this could have been because I ordered online on a bank holiday and their systems noted the order as being completed the same day). JCTC refunded my money for the order and sent out what I had ordered plus an extra pack which I received on Saturday 13 May. Mistakes happen and it is not the mistake that causes a lasting problem it is how it is handled and JCTC have now kept me as a customer.

Poor Customer Service & Questionable Trading Standards!

Terrible customer service! 30th March, phoned Jamaica Coffee Trading Co on: 0207-1172-919 to enquire about making my first ever order and to ask why the business shows as DISSOLVED on UK Company House? The fellow who picked up responded aggressively, defensive and refused to provide more info. I only wanted to put my mind at rest before spending nearly £200 with them and I'm glad I called up and didn't just make the online order. Something, about this company's trading doesn't add up and I'd like to know why??

I am still not sure why you wanted so many details from us including Companies House details.

We need to be vigilant in these modern times. We don't sell anything for £200. it's possible you may have called the wrong number ? That can happen sometimes.

From ordering on a Monday and getting it 2 days later brilliant and a note telling me what time it was roasted and receiving a certificate of trueness from where it was grown keep up the good work lads will be ordering soon

Fast delivery, great product.
Could only be improved if packaging was plastic free.

Thanks Richard , we are now putting the boxes inside postal bags instead of shrink wrap. Its less plastic and the box is still protected from the elements in transit.

Absolutely amazing coffee

Absolutely amazing coffee. Came with certificates and further discounts! The second I’ve opened the box, aroma was incredible!!! Really fast delivery, superb service. Highly recommended.
