I bought two fruit trees in 3-litre pots and they arrived today. I’m very impressed with the packaging — everything was well protected and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was handled by DPD, and they clearly treated the parcel with care.

Ordering through the website was straightforward and easy to use. I didn’t need to contact customer services, but the process gives the impression that if I had, it would have been simple to get a response and resolve any issues based on other customer feedback.

The trees themselves look healthy and strong, and I’m very happy with them overall.
