Very helpful and responsive customer service
There was a couple of questions we had regarding a piece of jewelry, an email sent to James Porter was quickly replied to, by Clare, with an attached video of the item she created helpfully answering all questions.
When ordered confirmation came through quickly and delivery was next day.
