Beware scam selling old rags -website has now disappeared. I ordered blue/green tartan coat from the website that purported to sell designer style brands. Now know photos and review videos were AI fake. There’s even a video on YouTube discussing if it is a scam website. The coat arrived all screwed up, smelled of perfume, no labels/tags and appeared nothing like the stock photos as advertised. I requested a refund stating “not of expected quality/standard” and “appeared to have been worn before” then they went through a series of emails saying it was of discontinued stock and no longer part of the returns policy then tried to offer a range of discounts ranging from 10-30%. I complained to my credit card company with evidence of correspondence and photos of item and got a refund. Just a bunch of scammers so please avoid should they resurrect as a similar trader.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a jacket and upon delivery did not fit so immediately asked how to return, am yet to receive a response to 5 different emails! Shocking customer service and would advise not to use!

Scam. Scam Scam. Agree with all poor reviews. Absolute terrible quality. Size guide is absolute nonsense. Tried to return but guess what no website so no returns possible. Came from
China. Delivered late. Not a British Company despite the name.

I ordered a jacket at £74.95 in a large they advised me that this would fit a 46" chest it came but was a medium at best I asked for a return, they told me I could the jacket I had and they would send me a replacement but at shipping cost of £15 ! I messaged them to ask about making this payment and when would my replacement come this was 3 wks ago and nothing from them at all !!! Now I have a jacket i can't where and £75 out of pocket! They scammed avoid at all costs. Mr Thompson

This company is a scam, i would avoid at all costs, received the blue and green tartan coat, delivered in a bag 10 inches long, creased to hell, far to small even though I ordered the medium (I'm a 12) and the material is soo cheap you could spit through it, i wouldn't give it to a charity shop,they refused to give me an address to send it back and get a refund, I ordered it on the 6th jan and no response and this is the 12th Feb. Having received my order which was the wrong size and colour, this cowboy company decided that the items were now discontinued and not eligible for a refund. For two weeks they have been making derisary offers starting at 10% upto 30% as a 'gesture of good will' which have been refused. Not only is the information on the website inaccurate but they are under no circumstances to be trusted..... please avoid at all costs

this is scam, poor quality from china, avoid,reported to action fraud.

The item sent is poor quality from china.. not the size quality or colour advertised. A cheap jumper at an overstated price even on sale . I paid for a golden brown XL wool sweater with elbow pads . The jumper would only be XL ON A CHILD . The elbow pads were half way up my triceps. The wool was poor and the colour was a completely different shade of brown. Awful product avoid .
