Excellent service in three countries!
I used Miltons in the uk and also when I moved to Ireland. My upholstery box with all my tools went missing with removal company when we moved to France....
I ordered the starter kit from Miltons which arrived in a week....postage was 25 which I thought was reasonable....happy to know I can still use them in my retirement ( its a hobby!)

Great service
Great service, tool was perfect but as for the delivery service (Royal Mail), they were absolutely useless.

Good company
Good company, on this occasion we’re let down big time by DHL, terrible courier, but through our I was keep informed & customer service followed up, polite & helpful.
Will definitely use again, but shame about delivery company.

Very helpful and responded quickly when Royal Mail lost the envelope contents. A new parcel arrived a couple of days later!

measuring information for chair springs…
measuring information for chair springs is incorrect in my view

Hi David,
I'm sorry you feel this way. Joan who was our upholsterer always advised that when measuring up for tension springs you measure the gap it is going into then reduce 1" to apply the correct tension to the spring.
I have just looked and can't see that you have said that the springs you purchased are too small/large for your requirements. If these are not suitable you are more than welcome to return these to us and we can either refund you or exchange them for a different size.
