Great company
Fabulous experience with JA Milton. Sent a piece of material so they could colour match for the trim and they sent back several samples which were perfect. Turnaround was quick and they were super helpful. Will be recommending them at every opportunity.

The website is totally confusing
The website is totally confusing. It says minimum order 2 metres and so I ordered what 1 thought was one 2 metre length but I was sent just one metre. If the minimum order is 2 metres the system should reject anything less or the people fulfilling orders should contact the customer to explain.

We do have a minimum order quantity on some items, and this is stated in the description. When it comes to adding the item into the basket, it does state the price per meter so we trust that our customers acknowledge this and order accordingly.

Don't get fooled by others offering the same goods at much lower prices - they are sub standard.

Top marks across the board!!
I've been buying many of my upholstery supplies from JA Milton for the past few years and I've always been completely happy! I'm impressed with the amount of choice on offer and just how helpful the staff are. The materials are all excellent quality and various price points offered which is nice, depending upon what sort of job I'm working on.
Special shout-out to Chris, who went the extra mile when helping me purchase some finishing braid for a couple of very expensive antique chairs that I was working on for a customer! :-)
