Don't order from this company? You would think they would have stock in the shop. I was shocked when I got a message from AliExpress saying they were sending my order out.. save your money and order the same thing from AliExpress or temu.. they say support local businesses then they use 3rd party company..

I always panic when ordering from a company I have not used before, so when my order did not arrive I did panic.
I did read up on the reviews and fixated on the negative ones, which was wrong of me, because I allowed those to judge the company wrongfully.
The customer service from Simon was amazing, right from my very first email he responded promptly and chased my order and kept me updated all through the process.
My order did arrive after Christmas but the company site did state due to demand this may happen.
My son received his gift on the 28th which he was delighted with.
And the item was exactly how it was described.
Thank you again Simon for your excellent customer service it was very much appreciated.

Scam! Tiny whiskey glass arrived, no wooden box complete rip off. Usual scammers can’t believe I fell for it!

I ordered two Studio Ghibli hoodies, and they arrived at the expected time. The quality of the prints were excellent, but the material itself wasn't what I was expecting. One of the hoodies came up pretty small, and I needed to exchange it. Simon, was really quick to respond to my queries, and sorted out an exchange swiftly. Overall, really happy with the service received.

Ordered mid October, arrived when expected. Unfortunately one shirt was the wrong size, contact them and a replacement has been sent already. Great customer service.

I was dubious ordering from a company that I hadn’t heard of, but I had nothing to worry about, the figurines are really cute and perfect for my daughters Christmas stocking, I panicked when the tracking link didn’t work but Simon emailed me back the same day and kept me updated on my parcel. I will use the company again as my personal experience was good.

I think this is a great website with an interesting and unique range of products. The choice is huge! The quality of the hoodie I ordered was great. Really cool vintage wash and anime design, very different from anything you’d see on the high street. The customer service is also exceptional, very friendly and helpful. If you love Japanese culture and street style, this website is for you. It’s easy to navigate around the site, and easy to order as well. Highly recommend it!

Ordered a Pokemon plush toy. Seller was very responsive and supportive towards order tracking. Item received. Can recommend. 🙂👍

My item was not delivered on time, so I contacted the company. The first email exchange did not solve the issue and I had to email again, which again did not solve the issue. However, eventually, I was able to get a refund for my item as I never received it, or any tracking information for it.

Edit to add: did actually receive the item eventually and the wrong size was sent! Company claims to have cut ties with this specific supplier.

Do not use this company! Absolutely scam! The products are not anything like advertised. It’s just cheapest rubbish! No material labels, no idea how to return the product!

However … after I complained a huge apology came and I was refunded swiftly.
