I had an issue with my lamp and customer service was extremely helpful and fast to help me solve the problem.
The product came new and conforming to the original specs, it works very well and it was very cost effective. I am going to order another lamp from this company for my projector as a backup.

Anthony Garrido Professionlism
I have always ordered my Mitsubishi TV bulbs through Jaspertronic's. Anthony took the time to ask the make and model of TV In question, and cross referenced the bulb number for me to assure it was the correct one. Anthony also asked how many hours the bulb lasted, and when I asked why that is in question. Anthony replied that keeping the cooling vents on the TV is in fact one reason why the bulb gives out early. He also offered a few ideas on how often to keep the area clean and how to clean the area. I want to take the time to praise Anthony for his professionalism and efforts and hope that he is asked to help coach/teach new personnel on how to assist customers.
