Defective bulb out of the box was quckly replaced at no cost to me. Excellent customer service and backing up your products. Dalton was very helpful.

I've been working with Anthony Garrido for almost 2 yrs. Im Italian, I gotta guy ! I gotta guy for everything. Anthony is my guy where I get my bulbs. You wanna bulbs? Lemme call my guy. I like personable sales ppl who are not looking to make a fast buck and den get you off da phone. Anthony, we can talk about stuff, how's the family, hope everything is good, now let's get down to business and it's because of dat, dat I keep coming back. I get all my bulbs, I don't need just one, I got three facilities and 30 projectors, so it stands to reason, I wanna good guy to deal wit. That's Jaspertronics that's my guy Anthony.

Almost perfect
Lamp replacement was fast and easy. Projector is bright again and for the cheapest price with housing i found on the market. The only downside being a generic bulb is the light leakage from the vents is brighter than the original but a small price to pay with all the other positives with this transaction. I will recommend to my projector friends.

I needed a slightly longer charging…
I needed a slightly longer charging cable for my iPhone. The original is 1 meter long and several companies advertise 2 meter cables on the Internet for prices up to $30.00 plus shipping. Jaspertronics.com advertises one for $6.00 plus shipping. I ordered one and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in my mail. The package label says it is copper wire with 24k gold-plated USB and Lightning contacts. I have been using it for about a week and it snaps into my iPhone and charges it nightly. Yes, it was made in China but so was my iPhone.
