I had a lamp that failed during the 90 day warranty.
I had a lamp that failed during the 90 day warranty. Jaspertronics did a very good job of responding to my issue and ok'd a replacement lamp on the same day. The customer service was about as easy as it gets for this type of issue.

Warranty replacement…
Called to get a warranty replacement and it could not have been easier. Called 12/21 and sent in a few pictures of the broken TV lamp for my Mitsubishi rear projection TV and they sent out a new lamp the same day! I received the new lamp on 12/24. 🤗

These guys saved Christmas! - Okay, maybe not Christmas, but a very important community Christmas cantata for our little church. We needed a replacement lamp for our old InFocus projector. Jaspertronics had the exact bulb. Even helped me when I phoned customer support fearing I'd ordered the wrong one. Then we got it overnight! (I think I only paid for 2nd day UPS) - Ordered on Tue arrived on Wed - installed Wed night & was ready for use on Sat night! ~ Thank you! ~ Rev. So great when things go as they should!
I needed a projection lamp for my Sony TV. Jaspertronics had it in stock and the price was MUCH less than anywhere else I could find. They shipped it quickly and it works great! I'll definitely be a return customer. Glad I found these guys.
