Wrong item in the box from manufacturer and Jaspertronics quickly shipped replacement and prepaid return

I recently purchased a replacement lamp for my Epson projector and the one that was sent was new but very dull and defective. After a few steps they sent me another one that works perfectly. A++++++++

I ordered a projector bulb from Jaspertronics to be sent to me in the United Kingdom. The bulb arrived safely a few days later, and the company kept me fully informed by regular emails regarding despatch, precise delivery time via UPS etc. Outstanding service, highly recommended, I shall definitely order from this excellent company again. My 96” tv projector went out and so I bought one from this website for $75 and swapped them out and now my tv is a lot brighter and clear then before. I am very surprised that i didn’t have to pay more than $100 for this part because it is being sold for way more on other markets.

First I was sent the wrong bulb so I called and was asked to take pictures of my bulb and email them. after that I spoke to a rude fella that I dont care if I ever speak to him again. anyway I was sent the correct bulb and will probably NOT do business with them again!!!.

I purchased a Lamp Housing Part on Amazon from Jaspertronics approximately 4 to 5 months ago. The Lamp Housing Lense cracked because of heat from bulb. Dalton in tech support was excellent with diagnosing the problem and did not hesitate approving request to replace the housing with cracked Lense under warranty. Dalton also gave me some helpful suggestions to prevent the problem from reoccurring with new lamp housing replacement. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again in the future.

Although we had a bit of of misunderstanding, everything was handled with sure expedient execution for resolve. Anthony carried the torch with precise and confident reassurance. Happy to be a valued customer.

Anthony promised me a full refund which was supposed to include all shipping cost. I'm very disappointed because I've spent a lot of time on the phone with him last week. He made a lot of promises but didn't deliver. I think they thought I would just go away. It will be very difficult to do business with this company ever

I needed a replacement lamp for my Panasonic projector and prices in the UK were between $150-$200 and that was for a compatible replacement. I found Jaspertronics from an Google search and they provided an OEM replacement for half the cost. Despite this being an international sale including a chunk of shipping costs I ended up with a superior product with a huge saving. The shipping took less than a week and the communications throughout were top notch. I can’t praise this company enough and will recommend them highly to all my friends who require similar items from them. Thanks.

I received this company's name right from the epson Technical support telephone line. The rep quickly enabled me to pick out the right replacement lamp for my home projector. The price was outstanding. The delivery time was as promised

I had a few issues with the lamp. The two mounting screws were the wrong size so I had to use my old screws from my old lamp. The power connector was misaligned so it made it very difficult to push the lamp into place. Plus, the plastic frame was improperly aligned to the cast bulb holder. Major quality control issues that should never happen in a company like that. On the good side, once installed picture was very good.

Part DOES NOT FIT. Yes, it’s the correct part number but this lamp does not line up to plug-in correctly.

Jaspertronics stands behind their products! Had a problem when I initially got the projection lamp and they were quick with a resolution. Then lamp failed within in warranty period and they promptly provided a replacement lamp. Thanks for the excellent service!!
