Terrible service, flimsy product
I ordered the Warby lounge bed in terracotta. I chose it because I heard it was durable, and there aren't very many dog bed options in this color way. I was dismayed by my experience. I received more than 5 incorrect notifications that my package had arrived (someone is playing games with shipping notifications to create data that the lead times for this shop are short - they are not. This product took 6 weeks to deliver.) I live in the city, across the street from my mailbox so when a $300 item is coming to my door I need to anticipate it. I was not helped as I called the sales line desperately trying to find out if my package had been stolen, and USPS (where they created the misinformation, the actual package was shipped UPS) flagged this package as suspicious and suggested I do a charge back.
Next, I received a strange, minimal email with tracking information, from an email box that seemed suspicious but I am able to do a charge back within 30 days so I waited. This tracking information turned out to be correct.
The bed i received arrived damaged with the seam split. It was a small hole in the beginning, so I requested a partial refund so I could get it repaired locally or an exchanged. No answer.
I would strongly recommend against using this company. The entire experience has furthermore tainted my impression of Shopify in that shady stores like this can be promoted on the platform and can game the system to show better fulfillment statistics than they should. STAY AWAY!!
