JB Cookie Cutters Avis

customer service is horrible

Great products! Fast delivery!

Always buy my cookie cutters from JB cookie cutters. Product is excellent and is shipped quickly. I don’t shop anywhere else

Great communication, Quality product!

I love this company! They have helped me create amazing fondant toppers for my grandkids cakes, cupcakes, and cookies!

Fast service and the products were perfect

This company steals designs and refuses to compensate the original artists who are selling them.

I have ordered from JB Cookie Cutters twice and I think that the service is excellent! There was an arrival issue on my first order but upon contacting them it appeared that my order was lost in the mail. They immediately resent my order and it was sent to me quickly. I just received a new order from them on yesterday and it arrived quickly and earlier than I originally expected! They exhibit a level of quality in all of their merchandise and I am always pleased with the products!

Quickly made, shipped and delivered! Great quality and we will use it to help paint my daughter's senior parking space at her high school!

I purchased the “swiftie “ stencil and it was exactly as photo displayed. I had some questions and messaged them first and they were quick to respond. Item shipped faster than expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick shipping, great product and great customer support.
My cookie cutter arrived in a mater of days. Which worked out great, as I needed it for an order within a week. The client was floored with the results.
I had ordered the wrong size, but a quick call to them, they were able to make the change to the needed size. Really happy with the results. Have ordered quite a few times and have received the order perfectly in no time.

Hi! This is an unorthodox use of your baking product that I wanted to share with you. Your package arrived to my house about 3 hours ago and it has already completed a project on my CAR! This stencil was spray painted to a radiator-like part in my engine bay to cool the Turbo…
Long story short your silicone stencils helped my car look great once installed! This goes in the very top center of the engine bay and will be a big talking piece at car shows I’m sure. Thank you so much!

Fast, easy, excellent communication. I received my cookie cutter set sooner than anticipated. The team was patient and prompt in replying to my questions. Definitely will order again.

The anchor cookie stencil from JB Cookie Cutters arrived super fast, is made of high quality plastic, was easy to use, and made a crisp and awesome design. Thank you!
p.s. I'd upload a photo if I could here, the cookies came out so great!

Their products are excellent quality, makes my baking job easier to accomplish and it looks absolutely beautiful.
The shipping time frame is fast.
Overall I am VERY satisfied with JB Cookie Cutters and I can't wait to buy more cookie cutters and stencils. Thank you so much!

You usually have everything I’m looking for. I just wish shipping didn’t take so long

JB Cookie Cutters are the best quality and design for my fondant decorations. Their customer service is exceptional and I am always amazed at how quickly I receive my order!

It's always super easy to order and the shipping time is amazing. Never have to worry about my order coming late. The products are great quality and last a long time

Shout out to JBcookiecutters! I received my order and accidentally got the wrong character, I emailed them on Saturday and they replied Monday morning first thing! and they shipped the right one out the same day! Told me to keep the other one that was shipped too me and I got the new one on Wednesday! That’s 2days!! Which made it in time for me to do my cake! I’m so highly impressed with this company and I will continue to order my fondant cutters through them!
