Amazing polite good customer service will definitely recommend to people and will use again

Called up late on a Tuesday night, came out Wednesday, after being told there was no issues but JB told me straight away the issue. Would definitely use again and recommend!

No transparency

JB was quick to work with me to get my car back on the road. He came out to assess the problem as soon as possible to determine and identify the problem.
Once the problem was identified, he quoted discussed the fix and was able to perform next day, talking me through the work throughout and advising what steps I can do to minimise this happening again, thank you.

I had a engine oil pressure fault on my car. Took it to kwik fit and they said they was unable to find the cause. This led to engine fault and my car not driving properly on my way to work. I called JB mechanics and he knew staright away what the cause was and was able to come to me, run diagnostic test and repair my car all within a few hours. Really grateful for his knowledge and efficiency.

The battery on my ferrari Portofino was dead, and needed replacing. Received an excellent same day service from Jonathan, he was brilliant and very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and has experience with high end cars. Took off the relevant panels and changed the battery very quickly, works perfectly. Price was also reasonable. Thank you very much indeed!

Jonny is a sound guy - very friendly and good at what he does. Came out in the pouring rain to fix my van and got the job done with no fuss and for a decent price. Top mechanic.

Jonathan was really quick to respond. Only an hour or 2 after I spoke to him first he got to my place and managed to fix the issue with my car. Strikes me as someone who really knows his stuff and actually likes his job. I have been looking for a mechanic like that since I got my first car.

Jb was excellent with the comms and carried out the job in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend him to others, the reviews pretty much speak for themselves.

I called Johnathan in regards to a broken window that needed replacing. Within the hour my window was replaced, now that’s what you call a speedy service. Work was 100 percent quality mechanic

I booked a PPI. I trusted him in that moment, but overall was rushed. He noticed something that could be an issue, but I think with more time he would have picked up on other issues which I later found out about. After the day I booked him he was so hard to get hold of.
Good heart but too all over the place for me. On a less busy day maybe I would’ve had a better service. The impact of his PPI meant I bought a car I shouldn’t have.

Ver prompt and professional got my car fixed in less than an hour. Thank you once again!

The work was very professional

I called Johnny on Friday evening as my car broke down that morning, he picked up straight away and came to my location Saturday morning. He diagnosed the issue within MINUTES, went to get the parts and fixed the problem within 30 mins. 10/10 experience, will be going back to get a service soon. Thank you Johnny! ❤️

I got recommended by a trusted family friend I haď a primary inspection on my car. The primary inspection seemed professional however i know the car was old and needed further work. Which I was advised I chose to proceed with the work on viewing of the " professionalism " in first hand sight I booked in the work how ever the mechanic was unavailable due to weather, which I fully understand so I rescheduled. When i rescheduled i made sure my car was I'm a fully closed garage and still didn't turn up on the day we rescheduled for.when I kept calling him he would forward my calls to voicemail so now I have sort and found a better mechanic. However this mechanic is a garage I have to drive to and sort cars out to be able to transport to work.i chose this company cause I was recommended it and 2 they was mobile clearly this company can't not put do work criteria according to there schedule to what THEY BOOK IN. I have to say I would not be recommending to any family or friends stay away. On the inspection of the car I was fully over charged however the way he spoke to me seemed he knew what he was doing
