Excellent service. Rang to say I had a problem with my Satellite signal and within the hour they had been out, sussed out the problem straight off, replaced the LNB and fixed it. The chap was actually on his way home, but what a professional, traditional, local service this was. What more could you possibly want....

Excellent service from jb postle. They are very prompt at contacting & stick to their delivery times. I had a washing machine installed & the old machine removed. They know exactly what they are doing & are very efficient. It's really nice to use a company that have trained professionals. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent Company
Contact with JB Postle was excellent, they could not have done more to ensure my purchase was smooth.
However I have given four stars only because their courier Yodel took one week to get my package from Norfolk to Surrey, which, in these days of fast Amazon deliveries seems on the tardy side.
This should not reflect on JB Postle's service except perhaps their choice of courier might need to be reviewed.

Ordered a travel kettle late afternoon…
Ordered a travel kettle late afternoon and it was delivered , free, the next day by one of the staff on her way home . Price was the same as a national chain who said it was available in-store 21 miles away but couldn't be ordered on line.
We have used Postles before for big appliances such as TV and freezers. Staff always provide good clear advice about the products and the service is excellent .
It pays to shop local in so many ways !
