Ordered an item that was in stock revieved an email saying order processed and ready to ship then recieved another email 3 days later saying it was out of stock and would be another 3-4 weeks terrible customer service and communication your reply doesn't tally to with the email you sent me though as it was never communicated to me mentioning any damage so perhaps checking with your reps before replying with the standard oh it was damaged in transit rubbish

Your item was shipped promptly; however, regrettably, it was damaged during transit by the courier. Once we learned of the issue, we discovered that our stock had already sold out, meaning a replacement would have required waiting 2–3 weeks for new inventory.
With your best interests in mind, we promptly communicated the situation and arranged a full refund, which you accepted. We apologize again for both the courier's mishandling and the resulting stock shortage.

We ordered some cake slice boxes but…
We ordered some cake slice boxes but unfortunately the slices don’t fit properly . We bought 1000 boxes and too happy . We normally purchase from Nisbets and thought they would be same as in size .

I am sorry to hear of your review, i have checked and can see you have been fully refunded for these products. The issue seems to have come from the delivery address hadn't been fully inputted by yourself on ordering so we have attempted delivery x3 times to the address but the courier wasn't able to locate you. Unfortunately we had to await these parts delivered back to us before we could fully refund this.
I'm glad to see this has now been resolved and apologies if we have caused any inconvenience.

Brilliant service and brilliant equipment
I used this company to hire out a bbq for a family event, the buffalo grill was a brilliant bit of kit, i had to cook for 60 people and it cooked 60 burgers and 60 sausages in no time! It made light work of something that was quite daunting for me and the chap i spoke to helped me alot with his knowledge of their equipment and knew exactly what i would need! Spot on service and equipment and will definitely use them again 🤩

Brilliant company! I ordered some cutlery which was delivered very promptly but unfortunately one of the items sent out was incorrect. When I phoned to explain the problem the lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. She arranged for the wrong item to be collected the next day and the correct ones delivered.
