AVOID - SCAMMERS & LIARS.
Purchased a trampoline for my daughter's birthday 29th July then was told that they didn't actually have it in stock and they would refund me.
Chased up over and over again and they kept telling me that the refund had been issued and sending screen grabs of fake refund documents but still nothing.
Finally opened a dispute with my bank and then HSBC told me that they had issued the refund 8th August after being chased by them. I now have to wait until 13th August for the funds to hit my account and my daughter won't have a birthday present on time.

The customer service was extremely friendly and very helpful, the prices are amazing!! You can really grab yourself a bargain at this place

Mirror from habitat new in the box for a fraction of rrp price. Very please with my purchase. Also store has a lot of furniture to choose from. I totally recommend.

My Wife and I needed a outdoor rattan effect footstool in grey. After a short amount of browsing we came across JD Furniture in Aston. We found exactly what we needed.
Additionally they have a wide variety of Furniture that would deserve a second visit. Well recommended.

The item of furniture arrived very quickly. One of the panels was damaged (not by the courier, DPD) - probably at the factory (ie not JD Furniture). I was offered a replacement without quibble and this arrived two days later. A good experience.

I am ever so grateful for this service. I ordered a couple things for my Mum who has mobility issues. She lives in Wales so I had to pay a small delivery fee but it was so worth it for this quality furniture and service! FIRST of all I woyld like to thank the delivery driver who helped my Mum bring staff all the staff in. I would also like to thank the owners for making the furniture affordable and accessible for those who might need more support. In general, I had a great experience and I am ever so thankful for this service! I highly recommend this company. ☺️

This is the reply to my last review absolutly no accountability what so ever!! There was no information alluding to postage on the item i purchased and on futher investigation, into this so called seller there is a caveat to be found about postcodes and guess what i am not on it !!!! Ordered a desk as a little cheaper that habitat website. Two days later I receive an email saying it was damaged by courier and they are unable to replace and there will issue a full refund. I then email back to ask how long it will take and they email back saying it has been full refunded. I have not recieved anything - nothing pending back into my account. The emails have been very unclear. I will need to raise a dispute with my
Bank to rectify this as I am £83.99 down and still have no desk. When will I get my refund? This is not a hard question to answer!
