JD Furniture Clearance store was est at 2014. One of the largest West Midlands Furniture Clearance stores based in Birmingham, Aston. Every piece of furniture that we sell will be cheaper than High street price, we do trade items that are not brand new, but new not used that might have minor cosmetic defects, we open check and repack every single item that we sell to make sure they meet the highest standard of our QC team. purchased twice simple furnitures, office chair and 2 different style bookcase. my only issue is the method they charge the extra delivery charge to scotland, like you need to reply to the order email otherwise your order is stuck. other than that no issue, they reply to emails within a few hours, Silvija is super nice and answered all my queries. Price wise I got all in all around 25-30% reduction I think compared to Argos prices, but no mark/damage or missing bits. will be happy to order from them again

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service - really good at understanding your problem and sorting it out. Would buy from them again.

Purchased a small trampoline on eBay and had a small issue with one on the parts.

Contacted them through the sales link on the eBay app and they got back to me within an hour and solved the problem in under 24hrs by sending me a new part.

That’s how customer service is supposed to work! They listened to my enquiry and did something about it and that’s why I’m more than happy to let others know.

And the trampoline was a small 8ft one that I got for a really good price and looks and works perfect.

Mosaic Bistro Set

Signja, was the perfect customer service advisor. We asked if she had a bistro set in stock and she kindly looked online and came to advise us that she had it available.
Great warehouse gentlemen collected it for us and put it in our car.

5 star review for a 5 star company. All their stock in store is amazing value for money.....WE WILL BE BACK

Missing piece sorted instantly

Had a missing piece with the cupboard, but customer service were incredibly helpful and kind, dispatched the missing piece straight away. Top marks, would definitely buy again from them. Thank you!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, pretty sure it's a SCAM
The other reviews must all be fake, fake likes om Facebook from all over the world. Purchased a lazy spa, won't reply to emails about delivery date. Another one for the fraud team..

AVOID

AVOID! I purchased 2 x ‘heavy duty rails’ I built one as soon as I put some clothes on it, it snapped! I came back to return the second one and they said I had opened the box when I didn’t. They gave me a refund for one - customer service isn’t great at all. Avoid at all cost!!

Does what it says on the tin

Delivery within timescales, product as described. Think people need to read the description of the company when ordering. Unit was 40% cheaper than buying from B&Q due to cosmetic damage (slight chip to frame, easily repaired). Will use again.

I ordered a table and chairs from JD

I ordered a table and chairs from JD. At first, I was delighted as it was £30 cheaper than Argos and was free delivery. I then received an email saying I needed to pay £15 for delivery without explanation. I emailed to query this and was advised that only certain postcodes offer free delivery. At no time when I was ordering my item did the website advise of this. I still wanted to progress, so I paid the £15. The following email informed me that the courier would be in contact with me to arrange a delivery date. Then, 4 days after that, I received a confusing email saying my order was pending and a full refund was processed. I emailed to query them, and they advised me it was out of stock. I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't emailed them to query. I ordered the table almost 2 weeks ago. I wish I had paid the extra and gone to Argos. The customer service is non-existent. Avoid this company; they do not seem professional.

Trustworthy

I found an item out of stock at Argos and used Google Lens to search for it. JD Furniture came up, offering the exact same brand-new cabinet for £50 less than Argos! Not only was the price a great deal, but it also arrived the next morning via tracked DHL delivery; super fast and convenient!

JD Furniture also has an eBay shop, where they sell some grade-B items with previously opened packaging. They are always fully transparent about the condition, so you know exactly what you're getting and won’t have any surprises.

My order was perfect, and they even checked to make sure all the parts were in the box before shipping. The cabinet was carefully packed for its weight (25kg!), though a bit more padding on the corners would be helpful for heavier items. But overall, their attention to detail was impressive.

It’s clear JD Furniture is run by a trustworthy seller who genuinely cares about fair business. They have a solid return policy and are very responsive if any issues come up.

Check out their eBay store and main website; you’ll find amazing deals on name-brand furniture at prices much better than the high street!

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Purchased a oven housing through Amazon (lookout for them if ordering through Amazon).
Arrived on time so we built it up just to discover it was missing the little door on the bottom.
Called Amazon who sent them a message, they emailed/ messaged me through Amazon messages asking for further details, I answered this explaining that this little door was missing, they messaged back saying it was attached to the main box, so we search the box no door!!, they are refusing to send me one!! The worse company I have ever had dealt with. Now lodged a complaint through Amazon who are going to deal with it.
In the mean time we wait.
Please be very careful to avoid them at all costs as they scam people and there customer services are awful and as a company will not take responsibility for there mistake.
I am not going to let this go!!
Take care out there people.

I have checked and noted in your order, and unfortunately, there was a reply from the courier service investigation stating that the weight matched that the item is with the door, and the photo from POD showed the door present. Therefore, our policy did not allow our customer service to post a replacement door to you.
