It's not good to hear that you didn't feel particularly welcomed by our team.
Inductions are not compulsory, so you are free to start using the gym immediately after joining if you feel happy to do so. If you would like an induction, please get in touch with your gym directly and a member of the team can help arrange this for you.

We have moved to QR code access at most of our gyms so our members can access contact free, if you do have any problems accessing the app, please feel free to speak to the General Manager at the Dundee gym the next time you visit and they can help with your access going forward or drop your gym an email if you can’t see a manager to speak to 👍

Excellent gym. Loads of equipment and free weights, busy enough to feel lively without being too busy; no waits to get on machines etc.

Love the gym!! Especially the secure environment feeling of the ladies only area. There is always enough equipment and never too busy

Enjoy there. It’s spacious and great. But the automated gym machines close to area near private room are not smooth and not comfortable. Rest is perfect.

I expect someone to show me how to…
I expect someone to show me how to operate and use some of the equipments and ensure I know how to actually use them for safety purposes. There was no such thing except the video online. The only time I was shown around was when I was making enquiries and you can imagine asking other gym users for guidance on how to use the equipments even though they didn't mind, I felt I was taking up their own precious time!

Love this gym
Gym is clean, tidy and has all the equipment you could wish for. Plenty of weights and squat racks so you don't have to wait around. Hate the car park but a small price to pay.
