Great gym with plenty of classes. I do around 4/5 classes per week with Kellie & she is amazing. She pushes you to your full potential, adjusts exercises to fit your physical needs & even offers free... Voir plus

First day.
I realized that there wasn't enough equipment for the amount of members to use on peak times.
Same equipment seems from previous exercise 4less set up..
I was hoping to speak with a staff member but didn't noticeably see one to book an induction.
Still I only been to one visit so far..

Class cancelled
There has been a Friday evening 6.30 zumba class for years, even before JD took over. It has been taken off the timetable again (for the 2nd time) Last time I had to fight to get them to find another instructor when the existing one left. The numbers have dropped lately, but that's because the instructor often cancelled. If they find someone else the numbers would pick up again. We will really miss this class

Good value for money, decent equipment, toilets unclean
Decent gym, lots of equipment - functional strength area, sled track, battle ropes, I think around 6 squat racks, a few smith machines, 2 flat bench, couple of decline and incline benches, plenty of DB’s, cardio equipment - running machines, bikes, spin bikes, cross trainers, steppers etc - good variety.
One downside is gents changing rooms/bathrooms need more thorough cleaning in peaks hours.

The male toilets in the changing room…
The male toilets in the changing room stink of stale urine and have since I joined. The smell puts me off even going in there. It needs to be addressed. Also today there was shit all over the toilet and toilet seat. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I understand the gym gets busy but I go at 7am and it's the same everytime.
Went back today and it was immaculate!!!
Thank you whoever took that job to clean in there. 10/10. Was a pleasure. Thank you!!!

Should be over 21s
Should be over 21s. Kids ruin an otherwise great gym with great facilities and friendly staff.
Sauna is constantly full of young kids throwing water in the elements and and the cold shower should be taken away
as they just get in and out every 2 minutes which reduces the temperature of sauna. It's a shame.

I joined as a first time member
I joined as a first time member, it was 10 pound for the first month and 30 onwards, I was charged 30 pound in the first payment and it hasn't been resolved yet.

Far too busy during peak hrs.
Just joined but you can see it is massively over subscribed. Never seen a gym where you have to queue to get on a treadmill during peak hours. Not enough dumbells for the amount of benches. Not to bad If you time it right.

Great Gym plenty to do
1st time here this week I have done 4 classes this week which are great. It’s a large Gym so plenty of Equipment to use. They have busy days. Then they have Quieter days. Very Friendly staff & customers feels like home to me know I Love it.

I am the early bird so my training…
I am the early bird so my training starts before 5am till 6:15. This is a well equipped gym, plenty of free weights and more machines
I just joined there recently because our local gym is closed
This new gym already gave me more motivation

Getting worse
Why isit when I come the jd gyms in huntscross nothing gets done. I've asked plenty of times for more ropes n v bars for the cables and there's just not enough to go around. Use are a multi million pound company with the cheapest equipment and use can't even get cheap equipment for paying members it's a joke the staff are useless aswell

Our gyms have barriers at the entrance which you can open using our contactless entry app. If you are unable to gain entry for whatever reason, there is a green button near the gates. Press that and it alerts a member of staff to your presence. Someone will come over to help.

Value for money
Value for money, 24 hours is great. Pts are very friendly and approachable. I really enjoy classes run by Mark on Monday Wednesday and Friday, as he is very motivating and pushes us to our limits. Machines and equipment are mostly good but the stair masters and treadmills could do with updating and more than one air bike would be beneficial. One big criticism is the female changing facilities as they are very often in a poor state of cleanliness, I have emailed on many occasions asking that another bench could be added and also a vanity station as there is only space for 3 ladies at one time. This could be put in the opposite end of the room replacing a section of lockers that are not essential as we have so many always empty. Hope this is of use to you and helps with some of our requests.

Good variety of classes. Marks classes and always tough but fun, each week is different and he pushes you when needed all whilst having a laugh and getting it done. Every PT should be a bit more like Mark!
