Really impressed with this gym. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. They also have really great equipment/machines, and having a dedicated women's only area is a bonus!

I joined around a 10 months ago. Generally train first thing in the morning and don’t have an issue getting on equipment. Lots of space. It does get a little hot in the summer, but aren’t we supposed... Voir plus

Today I wait 1 hour outside of jd gym Luton. My QR was not working I tried many time no staff was there for help I wasted my time here. Worst service ever 💔

At JD Gym Hatters Way
At JD Gym Hatters Way, 6–7 treadmills are regularly out of order, causing members to wait for available machines. The toilets are often unclean, with no soap or tissues provided. Also, for such a large gym, there is no body composition/weight check machine available. Please address these issues.

Absolutely love this gym been here for…
Absolutely love this gym been here for about a year and a half and enjoy it very much. Love that there’s loads of space and a lot of equipment and machines available for everyone to use. This gym also has a ladies only section which is best for those who feel more comfortable in a separate area and the staff are very lovey and kind. Highly recommend this gym to others.
