JD Sports New Zealand  Avis 

I received the incorrect item and, since then, have experienced ongoing issues and conflicting information from customer service regarding my return and refund.

After returning the item, I received no updates for several weeks and was forced to repeatedly contact customer service for information. I made two calls over a two-week period, and on both occasions, I was assured by the agents I spoke with that my refund would be processed and received by specific dates. Neither of these commitments was fulfilled, and I have yet to receive my refund.

I contacted customer service again today, only to be informed that the agent’s system had crashed and they were unable to assist me over the phone. I was told I would instead receive an update via email. More than an hour later, I finally received an email advising that a “glitch” in the system had prevented my refund from being processed and that management had been notified.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. My order was placed at the end of August, and I am still having to chase your team for basic updates and information regarding a return that should have been resolved weeks ago. I have been given repeated assurances that have not been honoured, with no proactive communication or satisfactory resolution.

I should not have to continually follow up on an issue that was caused by an error on your part. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency.

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution

Fast service and products look good but I was of the understanding that the shorts were reversible.. not the case, turning them inside out reveals seems and pockets?? Disappointing but will go with what I have received .

My parcel was allocated a tracking number on 19th of October at North Shore Auckland and doesn't seemed to have moved. I would have expected to have arrived with me on the 21st at the latest!
I did email customer service twice but was told what I already knew.

Fast shipping and speedy and clear commutation.

When I purchased my Hoodie from JD Sports, it estimated the delivery process would take 5 days to arrive, but it arrived in only 3!

Beyond BAD! packing AGAIN damaged. Shoe box crushed as!

Delivery took 6 days apprentally lost, i had to call up twice!

I ordered a Kiwis jersey, and you sent me the wrong item. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I paid for a specific product and expected to receive exactly what I ordered, not something else.

Honestly, the customer service and overall experience have been awful. You are one of the worst stores in New Zealand in terms of customer experience. I expect better from a business that takes customers’ money.
