Jeritoc Myshopify Avis 

One big scam just a bunch of scammers taking advantage of the British Heatwave. Had to open dispute with bank. Ordered Aircon unit never received. Fake tracking and fake website.

I would not recommend buying from Jeritoc.

I ordered a portable air conditioner after the website stated delivery would take 3–5 working days. The expected delivery date passed, but my order never arrived. The tracking information has not resulted in a delivery, and I have been left waiting with no satisfactory resolution.

I have now requested a full refund and have had to open a chargeback dispute with my bank because I did not receive the goods I paid for.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would advise others to be cautious and research the company carefully before placing an order.

I purchase an air condition unit from this company . It makes out it is based in uk . It is not . You then receive fake information from 14 express with shipping details starting in Rome it then states item has been delivered . I have received nothing . I even paid on Klarna so thought it was legitimate but it definite not . I have sent emails to both Jetiitoc and 14express which just get ignored . Please do not use

I ordered a Dreo Air Con Unit 2 WEEKS ago! Their website is very convincing, even paying through what I thought was Amazon Pay. I got a confirmation email but when I was taken to the delivery sit of 14Express that’s when I started questioning whether I’d been scammed. I sent several emails to 3 separate emails address’ to cancel and get a refund. No one has responded. The delivery date has passed and like others it says delivered. It definitely has NOT been delivered. Don’t buy from this fake website!

I ordered a DREO A/C unit on the 26th June according
to the scam haulage company that works in conjunction with Jeritoc it has been delivered. I’m not sure where, possibly to a fake address to match their fake website. Contacted both companies to no avail. BEWARE I have also seen these A/C units popping up on other scam sites mostly with the shopify.com attachment. Will try to get my money back from the bank but don’t hold out much hope and restart the search for an A/C unit this time from a reputable company !!

My dad got scammed ordered an AC 2 weeks ago and it mentioned saying it got delivered but never did. USING FAKE DELIVERY COURIER!!!! These idiots scamming innocent people. PLS AVOID THIS WEBSITE.

Jeritoc.myshopify.com is a SCAM, fake website...!

I paid £343.98 for a Pro Breeze 9000BTU portable air conditioning unit on 28th June 2026 and it has not been delivered and all email / online communications to Jeritoc.myshopify.com have been ignored.

The Jeritoc website claims to be UK-based and deliver from a UK-based warehouse yet the first 'tracking' result from their 'partner-in-crime' courier, 14Express.com, started in Rome, Italy.

In addition, the courier company 14Express.com is ALSO a SCAM, fake company - all emails to their 'info@' and 'support@' 14Express.com email addresses are unable to be delivered.

I ordered a Pro Breeze AC unit for my elderly relatives to help them in the heatwaves we are having in the UK. This site is a big SCAM! Uses iframes to imitate a real shop, CS email is a personal Gmail account (not a business one), and says items shipped from UK. There's a dodgy 14express courier company link which said item was dispatched from Rome, not UK. Bizarrely tracking was updated all the way to the UK receivers city. Item never arrived, and calls and emails to both courier and Jeritoc went unanswered. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered! I have raised a dispute with my credit card provider. On my statement the company comes up as a different name and it is categorised as a misc - edu category with French details. Ive never been scammed like this before, buyers beware!!

This looks like a really professional website all sorts of things. I purchased a Probreeze 4 in 1 Air Conditioner. As others have said the company states UK Warehouse, the AC was allegedly sent from Greece using 14express delivery. It all looked 100% genuine, even with tracking updates. However again as others have found the AC has never arrived. The company address and phone number do not exist. I Am now going through my credit card company now to try and get the money back. Mine was due on the 5th of july and it’s now the 9th. Tried their chat function responsive before I bought but unresponsive after I bought the product. I tried the 14express company as well and again nothing. I tried calling but number is not in use. It is alas a total scam, wish I had read these reviews first.

I was scammed :( bought an aircon and nothing has come. I haven’t heard anything from them, I have been emailing and attempting to call. Hopefully my bank can refund me.

07/07/2026 - Utter scam!
The same experience as Martin with the same product. Was supposed to be delivered today (7/7/26). 14Express are the delivery company. Pro Breeze aircon unit ordered on 28/6/26, coming from Rome supposedly, been in the country for a few days, been in my city since yesterday and no further updates.
When you call the number on the Jeritoc’s website, says the number is out of service. Emails gone unanswered, “live chat” gone unanswered.
14Express are supposedly in New York, again emails unanswered and all social media icons just link to the sites not any company pages.
I feel like such a fool and will be raising a transaction dispute with my bank.

10/07/2026 - just checked the tracking from “14Express” and it’s saying it’s been delivered!! I can assure you it hasn’t! Thankfully I have had a refund from my bank

Bought air conditioner unit said it was being delivered from ITALY. Was supposed to be delivered today but surprise surprise it did not arrive.
Have e mailed the company e mails just bounce back.
Please do not buy from this website or Courier 14 express totally fake so annoying I am now contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back Definitely FRAUDULENT website

Unfortunately I have been scammed as well buying a similar AC conditioner.

Just as Martin described a similar set of events, 14express, coming from Greece was meant to be delivered yesterday.
