I bought the first device, the “Titanium” version, back in 2012; used it for 6-8 months; 4 to max 6 hours daily, and gained 2 cm.

I stopped using it for over a year. And used it for another 6 months in 2014. Again for 4 to max 6 hours per day, and I reached 23 cm in full erection, and this was enough for me … !

Last year I measured my full erection and noticed that I lost 1-2cm, so in full erection it was approx 21-22cm …

Probably the erections lost in “strength” or probably the fact that I’m having less sex or both cases caused the loss of length …

So I thought to try it again. I ordered the new Titanium device in December 2025, and am now using it since then: am back to 23cm. Erections are again “stronger”, quicker, and last longer. This is amazing.

Probably there must be also a “placebo effect”, and probably stretching again stimulated the gained length back. Whatever.

Am using the device 5-6 hours per day: 2 hours in the morning; and 3-4 hours evenings. Weekends I have a break.

I noticed that evenings the “stretching” effect is higher: tissues stretch more, and am comfortable in wearing it. I just take it off after 2 hours, massage a bit to get blood circulation “reactivated”, and then I wear it. My target is 24 cm. Once reached, I will just wear it once a week or so, just to keep it “exercised” …

I now use those “makeup cleaning” cotton pads as those are softer and make the device more comfortable.

The quality is top.

The item came without instructions except a link to some poor youtube videos. The front piece wouldn't attach, the customer support lines and email either do not work and no one responds. No one was willing to update me about my request for replacements.

I used to doubt if anything like this could work. But Jes-Extender isn't just theory- it's a hands-on, structured approach that helped me feel in control. I like seeing real progress without hype.

I have been using Jes Extender for about two years. Within the first half year I gained 2 cm in lenght. I have not been able to gain any more lenght so far. But in girth I grew out of the standard model and bought the xl-model and I keep growing in girth. I had a 'pencil penis' but with time the circumference is equalizing more and more on the whole shaft. Sure it hurt in the beginning and it was troublesome to wear, but now I have found my way of doing it and - I kid you not - I actually long to be alone and put on the 'cage'. It gives me better erections and combined with eg. kegel exercises it really gives you a nice feeling of control in the pelvic floor. I have never been able to sleep with it. My one complaint is the front piece in the xl-model: The plastic is of lesser quality than the standard model and it breaks quite easily. I have had it replaced two times by my danish contact. I definitely recommend it. The shop is clearly structured. Any questions are answered on the website. Delivery was fast. After six months of daily use, I'm seeing good results. 😉

The quality of Jes Extender products is excellent. Danish manufacturing is second to none (other companies - mainly Chinese ones, are just copying their design and then using poor quality materials), and their products act just as advertised.
I highly recommend them.

I've used the JES-Extender for over a year initially and found it very helpful. I didn't use it every day but about five days a week for 2-4 hours at a time. I’m sure I would have gotten quicker results if I had used it for the time recommended each day. During the first 6 months, it not only helped to greatly improve the slight curvature I had but also added back about not quite an inch, which I had lost as I got older. So, I was back to feeling 30 y/o again, at least in that area. The Extender added even more length as I continued to use it.

One of the unexpected rewards of the JES-Extender was that it increased sensitivity overall, which helped my performance. From what I have read, the benefit of more sensitivity was probably because of the increased blood flow it produces. I highly recommend the JES-Extender. It will not only help your confidence and performance; but you will likely have a more enjoyable life with your partner. I continue to use it regularly.

I have to say their Customer Service is excellent. They are very helpful when emailing and give accurate, prompt and courteous replies. They always had whatever I ordered to me in just a few days.
